Like with other customers, I ordered and didn't hear anything back for a whole week. After a week I got frustrated and wrote an email asking when when there be any news or whether something had gone wrong. After the email I didn't get any response for 24 hours. After those 24 hours, I decided to ask the same question on Facebook via Messenger. After a few hours, I finally got an answer, and immediately after that my order was started to be processed and I got my finally got my order number in my email.
In total, it took a little more than two weeks to receive my bag.
