12 months and still not sold my item!
I contacted Holts Auctioneers in January 2025 about putting 2 items into their auction via their local valuation / drop off and was told they would instead arrange collection (and then subsequently charged me the collection which was never mentioned or agreed to during the initial call). They agreed to credit this when the item sold but that never materialised.
1 year later, I still don’t have a proper outcome. One item has finally been sold, while the other mysteriously went missing. I have chased this up so many things and been repeatedly told it would be entered into the next auction - which never happens.
Really poor service and no follow-through and promised call-backs that never materialize. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service from what is supposed to be a professional organisation.

Didn't get mu order neither my money
It's simply unbelievable how a company that claims to be so professional and reputable forgets about an order and when they ask if I want to cancel it and receive a refund, they don't give me my money back... they look like amateur guys!
