Geen klantenservice en verkeerde smaken

Verkeerde smaken binnen gekregen met kerst. Ik ben al weken aan het mailen dat ik mijn geld terug wil maar ze geven gewoon geen reactie.

2 weken terug kreeg ik een mail dat hij zogenaamd al had gemaild en dat ik het retour mag sturen als ik mijn geld terug wil. Uiteraard 3 weken nadat je het ontvangen hebt, kan je niet echt meer iets retourneren.

Dit aangegeven maar nu reageert de beste man weer niet. Ik heb inmiddels al 20 e-mails gestuurd ongeveer. Ik wil mijn geld terug

Update:
Nadat de slechte review was geschreven, wisten ze niet hoe snel zij mij een terugbetaling moesten geven in ruil voor het offline halen van de review.
Maar wel geld terug gekregen
