Essentially this is upgraded IKEA with the addition of terrible, obtuse customer care. Our piece arrived in good shape but we were disapponted by the quality of the connectors which led to gaps between panels. Nonetheless, we continued until we got to the doors that did not have pilot holes for the hinges (despite being shown on the instructions). At this point we contacted Homary. After two weeks of repetitive, useless emails they refused to return the item despite us carefully repacking everything. A lousy experience.

The article itself is okay but during the assembly two parts were damaged even though I followed the instructions precisely.
I requested a RMA one day later and it took nearly 8 weeks for Homary to respond.
Homary now wants money in order to ship the two damaged parts because they claim I requested the RMA after more then 30 days after arrival which is just wrong as you can clearly see the RMA date on their website.
I expected Homary to refund a part of the cost or at least send the damaged parts but instead they want money from me in order to ship the parts.
Bad customer service. Will never buy from there again.
Edit: The homary customer service changed their mind and offered me to send the damaged parts with free shipping.
I will wait for the parts to arrive and therefore changed the rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Purchased a wall clock that was defective. After sending video documentation and receiving instructions from the company on how to program the clock so it would work properly, it still would not. The company replaced the clock at no extra cost to me and the new one is functioning properly as of now.

I applied a coupon at checkout and for some reason it didn’t get applied and I contacted customer service and they made it right and I’m very satisfied with the customer service. I would give it a five star rating.

Furniture arrived damaged . Contacted customer services and they initially offered discounts which I declined as I wanted to return. They then advised I would need to organise a pallet and contact a courier for estimated price to return. As per the consumer rights act 2015 I know this not to be reasonable. I am still waiting on an outcome and Homary seem to be using delay tactics and have not offered any further resolve. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Very shady marketing practices. I viewed a set of nightstands and the price was discounted to 371. But the site said to provide my email for a coupon. Great, so I signed up, they emailed me "click here to check out with coupon", lo and behold, the discount is the same, 371. I don't appreciate being tricked to give out my email for a fake coupon that anyone could get as an anon shopper.
