BEWARE. Home At Heart is a short-term rental management company. I hired the director, Sharon Kashden, to manage my Central London flat. She stole my bed linen, damaged my belongings, failed to pay me the rental she owed me. The company has not responded to communication efforts, including offers of mediation and a Small Claims Court action. Dishonest and fraudulent. BEWARE
