Never received my ottoman bed frame. They lied about the delivery and then disappeared. Didn’t hear back, no idea how to get my money back. AVOID!!!

I brought a bed less than 6 months ago the slates r flimsy and break and the bed has now fallen on one side! My bed is now out of warranty and I have now got a broken bed with no money to replace it. Never buy anything from them. Faulty item they sell

Bought 2 single beds with storage operated by gas struts and the material floor from one of the beds was missing.
I contacted them by email and was requested to send in the part number for replacement. I emailed the part number plus a picture of the part on the 14/2/22 and had a reply saying the part would be sent out with DPD urgently. It’s now 2/3/22 and no new part.
I’ve emailed another twice and no response.

DO NOT TOUCH! Absolute disgusting, robbing waste of space. I ordered a bed, weeks later I still don’t have it. They only sent half a bed, they then said they resent my order and resent only half a bed again! Every time I mention a refund they ignore it or dodge it. You can’t call them either. They won’t give me any answers as to where the rest of the order is! I doubt I’ll ever see my money back. Do not go near these people.

Avoid this seller like the plague. Estimated delivery of 4-6 Dec which changed to 9th Dec once the order was accepted. I immediately cancelled (within minutes) as the bed was for an elderly relative staying with me on 8 Dec after coming out of hospital. The seller insisted on charging me a £30 cancellation fee, despite the item being eligible for free returns. Awful customer service complimented by passive/aggressive emails.

In world where customer service is at forefront of most organisations, this bunch do not have a clue. They just want to make a cheap £ with no respect for customers.

I would avoid this seller at all costs and I will be telling as many people as possible.

DO NOT USE. Ordered a bed via wowcher and the bed arrived completely damaged. Contacted home treats through email and phone but got no reply (over 10 emails & 10 voice messages left) Finally had to contact wowcher who also couldnt get a response. Got a refund through wowcher but still have faulty bed.

An update to my earlier review - The incomplete bed is still in my house and Home Treats are refusing to give me a refund until it has been collected and returned to their warehouse - the problem with that is, despite promises, Tuffnells have not turned up to collect. Between Home Treats and Tuffnells this has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever encountered.

I just wish I could give zero stars - ordered a bed for my son. The bed arrived on time but the headboard was missing. I was told that because the bed is heavy they had to split the delivery over two days which I knew at the time was complete rubbish. One week later and I am still waiting for the headboard to be delivered. I spoke to their courier, Tuffnells, and they advised me that Home Treats need to contact them to start an investigation for the missing item. I have since cancelled the item and have asked Home Treats to arrange collection of the boxes and a full refund to be given. No reply whatsoever. I continue to email them in the hope that one day someone may just give me a satisfactory answer. Please do not use Home Treats they are the worst Company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Bought 2 wooden bed frames for the grandchildren who only spend half the week with mum. First frame collapsed within 6 months, second one weeks later. Repaired first ourselves then got onto hometreats who didn't want to know as been bought through Doodle on ebay and not their website. Kids sleeping on floor and can't get an answer to emails or phone calls. Blag number sounds like a fax machine. Absolute disgraceful company

Bought 2 wooden bed frames for grandchildren. 1 broke within 6 months was going to send back but repaired ourselves. 2nd fell apart so contacted Hometreats who seemed happy to refund till they found I had ordered through eBay. Numerous emails,phone calls later am being ignored. Being batted back and forth to ebay who say Hometreats are responsible and hometreats say no. Not answered their phone up to now. Disgraceful attitude. 2 kids sleeping on mattresses on the floor. Fuming

I bought a white solid bed off them a month and a bit ago, and it was okay at first then it started having problems like the screws would just come out by them selves and then the other night I was in bed and the whole thing collapsed on me, the beam snapped in 2 some off the legs broke, honestly the worst bed I’ve ever owned and now I’m back on the floor for god knows how long, I just want my money back and I have emailed and they still haven’t responded, it’s been nearly 2 days. I’ve had the bed for a month and a bit and it’s literally broke already. I just want a refund

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 beds for my children's room both turned up on time but the boxes were heavily damaged and so was the beds so we sent them back with the courier. Tried to get in contact with home treats we did get a reply a day later saying they couldn't do anything until the courier (tuffnels) got back to them with which boxes we had returned. Then tuffnels turned up again but only with 2x box 1 of 2. Home treats and tuffnels have both been less than helpful so I'm afraid we will put in for a refund via amazon.

Very positive experience. I made an order and there was a slight problem with the item. They responded within a day and it was sorted with no fuss. Will buy from them again for sure.

Absolute joke of an operation.
Do not order anything from this company. Wish I had not bothered. No customer service at all. They did not even attempt to send me my order despite telling me item dispatched for the 2nd time on monday and would be delivered within 1 to 2 days when I contacted them yet again to say not delivered just got a reply e mail saying a refund will be issued.
Refund has been issued but minus delivery charge.
Trying to get in touch with these people is nigh on impossible too.
Joke of a company

I had quite a good experience with this company. I ordered a bed for my son and then panicked when I read some of the reviews. When the bed was first delivered, one of the boxes containing the bed frame was left at the courier depot because it had been so badly damaged. Home Treats did respond to my request for a replacement straight away which turned up in-tact within two days. I found that the springs for the bed were jammed when I came to put the bed together but again, Home Treats responded to my request for replacements immediately, were very apologetic and sent a fully working pair out which were received within two days. I am pleased with the quality of the product and can't complain about the customer service. 4 stars as it would have been nice to have had everything in working order the first time.

Bought bed of these through eBay, delivered twice and damaged on both occasions, would not respond to communications, had to take it up with eBay to gat refund. Would not recommend anyone to use these!

Sucked in by the 'promotion' on Wowcher. Bed is absolutely crap. The slats have broken, mattress was absolutely shocking. They replaced it with a mattress that doesn't even fit the bed frame! Don't touch with a barge pole. Wish I'd read the reviews!

I bought a table and stools from this company advertised on Wowcher. Fast delivery but table top damaged. Contacted wowcher... well the robot who gave me an email address for this company to contact them. Both emails undelivered as doesn’t exist, contacted wowcher again and still awaiting the robot to respond. Very disappointed. Avoid at all cost.

Bought a bed of wowcher it came but only half of it .cant get intouch with anyone im absolutely disgusted with the company and wowcher for letting them trade . I have a very disappointed daughter who is sleeping on a mattress . Seems iv been conned of,£250 .im goingvto report this company to trading standards.

Received a bed that was damaged and had lots if pieces missing.they organised for someone to pick it up then they didnt turn up.still waiting for it to be taken away and my refund.will never use this company again and will warn friends and family from using it too

I ordered twice from Home Treats, both times they came with 1 missing item. The first time it may have been an innocent mistake so wasn’t a problem, I contacted them and they refunded the difference fairly promptly.

The second time I was a bit more annoyed but again, still very understanding. I have contacted them numerous times about the missing item and still haven’t heard anything back.

They don’t seem to be a very professional company and I would therefore avoid.
