Ordered a couch a relax Sessel a TV…
Ordered a couch a relax Sessel a TV Möbel and a coffee table.
Everything was received promptly although there was an issue with double charge (I learned that it was from the bank side )and home 24 support helped until the money was deposited back.
The problem I had thought with the order is that they did not send me the screws and some parts for the couch which result in me waiting already 2 weeks and I just got informed that it will be two more weeks until I get the missing parts.

Quite disappointing experience
Quite disappointing experience, we will not buy from Home24 again.
They gave an estimate of the delivery, but not only that they didn't respect it, they didn't even inform us via email or changed the status on my home24 profile. I found out accidently by calling the customer service to check the status of the order. A week ago on the phone I was promised I will get the new delivery date (3 weeks delay!) within a day and a compensation for the error, which of course up to today didn't happen.
Be careful with them; the point is that they take your money, the rest is done how and when they find it convenient.
