I can't say enough about how crooked this company is.I guess just pointing out that there is a 7.2 million dollar lawsuit against them for deceitful businesses practices speaks volumes! They bought out the 1 time honest referral company (consumer driven at one time)and ow call themselves Angi. We were with them for 21 years spending a few thousand a year but told this year we only get trash leads because we sped enough money.Not a hank your being a decent company that never has had a consumer come to us with a complaint, just you are tight wads!

They sent me the exact number of referrals I wanted and I was impressed with both companies.

Needed help with a broken heat pump. Within minutes of posting on HomeAdvisor, I had multiple companies vying for my business. I chose one with high reviews and he was here within the hour and resolved my issue ... wham bam thank you ma'am!

Moises Pizana Hardscapes responded quickly to my requests, behaved courteously and professionally throughout the project, answered my questions and stayed in touch when the project began and thereafter, and did a thorough cleanup job post-project. The crew took out an aging railroad-tie retaining wall and bushes as well to accommodate a new crushed-concrete base with beveled stone blocks and caps fronting a geogrid mesh behind every two rows of stone. The wall runs the length of one side of my property. It is graduated in height, with the tallest and longest length measuring just under four feet tall.
The project also involved moving and reinstalling sprinkler system pipes and includes a drainage system with weep holes.

I was able to find contractors in my immediate vicinity, who had the necessary expertise and references to give me confidence in selecting the right one. Two contractors followed up within an hour of my request, and one was able to complete the job on the same day.

I do not like being bombarded with phone calls from people who I did not SPACIFICALLY invite to bid on my job. Why would I want to speak to someone from a boiler room in los angeles?? I live in Seattle.

Home Advisors and Angi's list was anything from transparent. We registered prior to opening a maintenance company, we were reassured that we would be able to turn leads on and off whenever we were ready to get started....
We never got started due to employee issues and other work.
we started receiving invoices and charges for leads even though we never took a lead....
then we were told that the system automatically turns back on and we are charged for leads...
Home advisor and Angi's list has been charging us for several months for absolutely nothing... Even though we have emails showing we were on top of this they continue to charge.
Finally turned off on December 13, 2023 and now they are saying they can't talk to me because we turned off system so no refunds...
they simply like to tell us "Read terms and conditions."

Also, you can't understand the overseas answering service that is totally clueless

There were a lot of slow responses and freeze ups using the App

We always find great professionals to do a variety of household things. We have had great experiences throughout the years.

The pros listed were prompt in trying to give an estimate and were available for the job right away after I accepted. Easy process and the results were great.

Endless useless emails, texts and cold calls for just signing up for quote. I found a great guy to do my repair without them.
After the endless Spam, I'll never use Angi or HomeAdvisor again.

They got me to the right people for the job.
