Excellent service & customer service from start to finish! Your Survey contacted me to provide me with a quotation after I done an online search, they advised me they was booking towards the end of next week, could be the following week, the inspection was then booked within a day for the next week, The report was received on the 10th working day and did save me a lot of money as the property was a write off! Currently looking for another house but will 100% return for my new property, thank you

DO NOT USE- copy and paste surveyors. Advised on additional surveys for every single aspect of the property. No pictures to highlight the points made, no further information apart from seek a specialist survey. Most basic and uninformative survey you could ever wish for, oh and absolutely zero customer service provided by both head office and the surveyors they dished the job to

arrangements were made quickly and efficiently. The survey itself was thorough and met all our expectations and more. It was clear about the recommendations and limitations of the survey. It also gave very useful background information to help us understand the issues involved. Very happy with the survey!

Booked quickly, survey back very quickly, well within the dates they advised. A bit slow on administrative tasks such as changing the address as was spelt wrong, but all in all very good service, and would be happy to use again.

What can I say. I signed the terms and conditions on 1st April 2021, it is now 4th May 2021 and I have still not received the survey, not acceptable !

Really great. I got homebuyers report done, reasonable priced, survey was done quickly, report was back within 24 hrs and they followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions

So sorry I used this company. They are cheaper than others and it’s evident why. Paid for structural survey which read as absolute twaddle, difficult to understand and just recommended several other surveys to be done. Got in touch with the surveyor to ask other questions. Initially, ignored my call but then took great offence at my criticism of the survey. They say up to 10 days to get survey back. This is 10 working day so 14 days total. I had to chase my report and received the rubbish report at 5pm 15 days later.

The moral of the story is, pay the going rate from a reputable company.

Unfortunately my experience with my survey was a shambles from start to finish.

After booking the survey to be conducted within a couple of working days (in these busy times, probably a warning sign), I was sent the wrong paperwork for a different type of survey to the one I ordered...this was rectified quickly in their defence.

Surveyor went to the property and told the vendor 5-7 working days (after telling me 5-10), great, so I though.

I received the survey at 5 to 5 on day 10. Despite paying for the survey to be in the RICS template (to include the traffic lights so I could understand the priorities), this did not come through. I was promised a revised report by the end of that week, and was told late on the Friday that ther report wouldn't come through to me until early the following week. In this time I had noticed a couple of things on the report, an incorrect date on every page, a seeming contradiction which was never explained to me and a few grammatical / spelling mistakes which on a legal document aren't ideal!

Cue to the Tuesday, I still hadn't received the report so called up and said I needed the report by the end of the day. I was then told that due to personal factors, the report would be sent the following day. I gave a deadline of 11am as it was allegedly a fairly quick job so taking this long felt unreasonable.

Cut to Wednesday morning, I was told the surveyor did not have access to the correct template and was waiting for this to come through from RICS. I thought this seemed odd so googled RICS building survey template, at which point the template appeared as the top search result. Given the delays, unfortunately I had to ask for a refund as I had no confidence that I would receive the correct report. This was processed quickly, however, I'm now left 2 weeks later without a valid survey because of delays.

very quick to provide a list of quotes and I was 'fortunate' there was a company who could do the survey quickly for me. That should have rung bells! Admittedly the report was back in the timescales quoted. It was very in depth to the point where some of the issues highlighted freaked me out. Some things even said dont proceed until checked. I wanted to speak to the surveyor but no contact details were provided. I did try to find him online - no business website - and only a generic e mail address No landline or mobiles numbers.. E mailed it twice and no response. Asked Your Survey for his details or if they could get him to call me. Was told he is very busy doing surveys all day every day, the report would have been archived by now anyway but they would ask him to call me. I am still waiting 3 weeks later.
My purchase fell through because I just did not understand the issues he had 'highlighted' - very unprofessional not to offer to discuss what he had written. Your Survey were next to useless. What exactly are they doing for their slice of the fee? I would not use a comparison site like this for professional things again - they just take their finders fee and move on

Used Your Survey to book a home buyers report, survey after survey cancelled on the day all due to logistics on their end. I was told no one else could do the survey and always told I had to wait for the next available slot. Despite all the on the day cancellations being their fault they made no effort to rectify the situation. I never received written (email) confirmation of the cancellations which is stated in their T&Cs it was always a phone call. They are quick to book in and take the money. They over promise and under deliver, don't been enticed by the cheap price. I'd rather pay more and get a quality service. North West Area.

Untrustworthy. Organised a survey to be done over a week ago. Then told me it was cancelled yesterday, after 9t was supposed to have been done. Neglected to contact me by email until it was to late and a refund had been processed. Cold called me.
Unprofessional.

In the last 9 years, I have purchased 7 properties. For each of these properties I have had a survey done. I have used this company twice and I appreciate that they contract out the work to local surveyors.

First time it was a relatively straight through process and I was content with the output. However on a recent purchase, the surveyor Trevor Wroughton produced a lazy and inadequate report that was a complete waste of money. He also couldn't be bothered (or unwilling) to provide valuation due to a potential structural issue. For me, everything has a value whether it's half built or in pristine condition. I even provided a hypothetical value of repairs just to get a figure out of this guys mouth. Being stubborn and unhelpful he refused. Still chasing him to earn his money and put a damn number on the property. Not rocket science dude!!!

Trying to find a complaints process for the company but it doesn't seem to exist. They don't ask for feedback on their reports or surveyors so I'm not surprised that their quality is inconsistent.

Excellent response and good price in initial 'set-up' phase. Only 'blip' was establishing communication with the allocated Rics-qualified surveyor immediately after the survey. However final survey report was delivered well within the 5 working day target.

Did not complete the actions I was advised they would at survey. Only spent an hour on site Vs longer from other providers. Did not respond to emails. Cut and paste report per inconsistencies.

Quick, friendly and honest service. The Surveyor was booked within a week and the report received a day later.

Good quality delivered on time. Recommended
