Awful. Still awaiting my delivery to go to hermes. Emailed them to cancel but their cancellation email just bounces back as unknown. Avoid.

Online retail at its absolute worst. Bought some Premier Christmas lights which were clearly counterfeit as the quality was shocking and I have several other sets from Premier to compare. When they eventually answered one of my calls the company denied they were counterfeit and refused to pay for return postage, so I returned them at my own cost and have not received my refund after two months and no one answers the phone at all now - they will probably deny receiving them of course. It has to be a scam, no company can be this bad.

Bought an item from them, received an email stating it was dispatched the next day along with a tracking number. Thought nothing of it until a week passed and I still hadn't received it. Checked the courier tracking status which stated they had yet to receive it from the company.

Sent several emails and received no response, called the number on their website several times including trying each department. Each time it would just ring out until you get a message saying their voicemail box is full.

Eventually managed to get a refund through my bank issuing a chargeback against the 'company'.

Unsure if this is a case of a company going under or if it's just a scam, but regardless, AVOID this company at all costs!

Placed an online order for a stock item, paid online.
2 weeks later still no delivery or contact. Sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls.. no reply.
Now fighting for my money back..
