Ordered last nights online, picked up this morning. No fuss, friendly staff, easy peasy 😊

The lady that served us was rude, not really interested in my purchase. When I said 3 of the boards were damaged her attitude was well they came in like that . As though I was in the wrong.
My son also thought her attitude was terrible.

Great advice from staff member at Bredbury store and click and collect at Altrincham store went perfectly the same day.

Easy to use Cluck and Collect service - friendly staff at local branch and all done and dusted and loaded into the car in less than 5 minutes - brilliant 👍

I ordered a patio table and chair set
The store contacted me to say there had been an error and they only had the table
They resolved it by sourcing the chairs from a different store

From placing my order in store to receiving my order the next day was brilliant.

No fuss. All items waiting for me to collect.

I ordered an item to be delivered because I was busy,although it was going to be later than required, I
simply couldn't collect.
So really expected the delivery on the Saturday,and it never came. I then started to chase,but even with chasing my parcel did not arrive until sometime on the Tuesday.
To add insult to injury,no attempt was made to contact me.
Not great !

Purchase of my goods was a very good experience from the initial ordering to collecting.
No drama or fuss and the quality exceeded my expectations.

In the Altrincham store, there's a staff named Brady, who has been so helpful. He's smart, responsible, quick-thinking, helpful, and the most important, truly understands what customer wants.

The story:
I was going to buy 32 packs of stones for my garden, since they're really heavy, I spoke with the old-goggles-lady at the checkout for delivery matters, she simply replied "No we don't do delivery".
THAT'S IT, no apologies, no alternate solutions, like it's none of her business... if "F-off" is not a swear word, I'm sure she would use it without any hesitation. (Not gonna talk about her here, cuz it's not the point of my post, but I was just so angry at that moment)

Later I went to the customer service dept and young Brady was there, he answered: "We do delivery from our warehouse, it goes directly to your home from there. The quickest delivery is gonna be next week."
I said "Thanks for the great info, but next week is too late for me..."
Brady: "Well if you have a car, you can park in front of our stock-import gate, I could open that for u, get the items into a trolly and push them there for you so that you can load them on your car easily".
He even helped me load all the items into my car and I guarantee you they are so heavy, it's definitely not an easy job.

Conclusion:
Quick and easy solution from the fast-thinking Brady. That old lady at the cashier doesn't know nothing... Her attitude was almost like "It's none of my business".

I'm writing this because I wish UK could have more people like Brady, who creates a friendly and trustable environment for the customers. I sincerely hope you all the best, Brady.

When ordering online for c&c, the item was ready within 20mins to collect. Very smooth procedure. Staff very pleasent and helpful.
