Tazz was so mindful of my disability needs when planning our new bathroom. He spent time finding out what I needed, asked questions delicately and found ways to make what I needed become a reality. One of my fears was having my bathroom look really medical, but all of the adaptations have been considered in a way to be stylish and a hidden as possible. Tazz made very lovely style and design suggestions but made sure that our decisions was final. I am so excited for our new bathroom.
We also had a home visit to confirm our measurements to make sure that everything will fit.
Any spacing issues we had Tazz was able to come up with solutions so we did not need to compromise what was needed and wanted.

staff member in a shop i have ever come across - he mixed my paint , made sure it was the correct colour , tested whether the skirting fitted in my car and was patient and kind . he should have a pay rise .

I was in Homebase struggling to manage my compost and pots and Salim approached me and went above and beyond. He helped me to the tills then loaded my car, absolutely amazing.

Tazz went above and beyond

We went to Tazz to design our Kitchen and Bedroom. He went above and beyond before, during and after the sales process. During the design of the kitchen and bedroom, he worked with us on multiple iterations and even stayed patient during the long wait cycles we had due to outside factors regarding the renovations.

After the products were delivered, he was still actively helping me whenever I had any problems, and went above and beyond what we expected when we had problems with third-party vendors.

Will 100% recommend finding Tazz with any kitchen, bathroom or bedroom designs you have, he's detailed and communicative.

Really friendly staff member who was chirpy and engaging. We joked about always making time to shop at this branch even in a rush. Brought a smile to my day!

Not only did you spend time helping me decide what to purchase, you assisted me with my items, which were very heavy.. overall you are such a friendly, approachable and helpful individual! I bought three tins of paint the other day. I brought one back today to swop the colour. I was refused. They said the three I had bought were part of a deal. So they insisted on refunding my paint and making me buy the other one for an extra £6. I was spoken to as if I was a complete moron for wanting to swop a colour, and that it was obvious I should have come in with all three tins to swop one for a different colour.

We were served by Justin....we had a question regarding 3 Mongolian pillows, of which he went above & beyond to sort out for us. He even served us on his break with our other purchases so we didn't have to wait!

Went into King's heath branch near closing time on a Sunday, Amilah and Justin were both absolutely fantastic in dealing with my faulty strimmer. They did all they could to get me a replacement and a refund for the faulty product. Thankyou your help it was very much appreciated. Emma
