Get your refunds straight
This purchase followed a previous identical order which I had to return as it was not fulfilled correctly. I have now checked my statement to see that my refund only covered one of three loft rolls, leaving me out of pocket by £41.98. The online form was helpful as I got a response the next day, but be wary of refunds and special offers!
