Staff went over and beyond sorting out my purchase due to the sale I could only part order in store and part on line. Staff in store explained why and how to achieve what I required

Excellent service today at Bishop Auckland from Kirsty, Donna, Jez and Paul you were all so kind and helpful today when we were buying our new garden furniture, from Kirsty helping us to choose and checking that it was in stock to Donna serving us on the till with kindness and Jez and Paul helping my husband put the furniture into the car. And to top it off the furniture is absolutely beautiful and so comfy we now enjoying a drink in the garden lounging on the sofa.

Easy to order online, the goods were ready to be collected within the hour. Thank you for carrying it to my car as it was very heavy.

Online was easy and product available quickly. Just let down a bit in store - I had to get the items (bags of manure) from the retail stock myself - no offer of help.

Writing a review does not give justice for the help,advice. amazing customer service and time spent with my wife and I when visiting your Bishop Auckland store.We have limited knowledge a large garden and arrived at the store around 1845 hours not knowing which plants to pick.Paul could see this as we wandered round and round and finally approached him and by 1900 hours was very busy attending to his duties.We have never experienced the time and advice given at this busy time as the store closed at 2000 hours and left his work to take time and help us.Paul was approachable helpful and made his time ours advising on bedding plants and perennials and this made us purchase a large amount of both and we were actually stopping his work,Both my wife and I are disabled and he took both of our trolleys to the till after getting another one from outside the store and then wheeled them to our car and helping us pack .At no time did he look at the time as it was now around 1945 hours and give no thought to his work only compassion and help to us.
HE IS AN ASSET TO THE STORE AND WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK FOR MORE PURCHASES

Went in for a look and was overwhelmed with choice. Debra Race was more than helpful and gave me fantastic advice. She could see I wasn’t capable of carrying the goods myself so swiftly got a colleague to assist. I came in to look at garden furniture and found some reduced that I liked. As I currently have mobility issues Andrew from the store loaded it onto a trolley for us, took it to the till where Helen was really helpful too. Andrew then helped load it into the car. Excellent service

In shop looked at product went to counter to pay assistant said they had none in stock.
So went in carpark and ordered product online and paid,amazingly went into store with order number and WOW by magic they had some in.

Hi , served by Andrew today, I always use this branch , we had a stupid amount of wallpaper and paint etc.c to buy today , a large percentage of it was custom mix paint , he stayed with us start to finish mixing our paint and collecting the other things on the list . Extremely helpful , hard working and customer focused which is why we use them all the time .give them a try ,you will not be disappointed.,👍👍👍
