Unfortunately I was given two sun loungers instead of the chairs I’d ordered online which mean a trip back to the store to swap them over. Staff member when returned very apologetic and helpful.

Lack of staff Purchase itself fine
Purchase itself fine, issue was staffing of collection check out. Till signed not working, hung around for a while before joining the single check out queue, to be told to go back to the collection point. The person final turned up to supply my paint.

Great service
I bought 12 stepping stones online for click and collect. I received a text within the hour to confirm I could collect them. They were ready on a trolley for collection when we got there. It was perfect as I was able to pick the stepping stones up and complete my garden project that day. The women serving me were cheerful and helpful. Great service and will definitely be back.
