Good quick service. Good customer service at the click and collect counter.

The man working on the till was very helpful and friendly!

My sister and I have just left the Chichester store as two very happy customers.

We were struggling to find a solution to a DIY problem when Janet approach and asked if she could help.

We explained our predicament and Janet swiftly came up with a creative, simple and inexpensive solution.

We’re relieved and delighted in equal measure.

My kitchen units ok although kitchen planer needs help in measurements and planning. He also needs to tell customers if they worktop will be cut/ joined right in the centre of kitchen. The most visible part of kitchen.
Ordering the wrong sized extractor. Not ordering dishwasher door. Appalling. Disappointing.
Trying to get issues sorted with management disappointing. I gave up after being insulted with offered £50 settlement.
I have had to purchase items missing at my cost.
NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM HOMEBASE AGAIN.

Was helped on the paint counter today by jack. Absolute star of the shop. So helpful and polite

Very easy to use "click and collect" option and quick and easy collection at the store

On a visit to store I found a table & 2 benches. Staff were helpful. But items not in stock, so ordered on line.
Items delivered on a date I chose.
Transport staff phoned 30 mins before delivery. Very impressed with quality of
table & benches. Very easy to assemble
and very good value.

I like the fact you had what I wanted, and I liked the 20% off , however I couldn't get the extra 10% online so when I went to the click and collect desk at the Chichester branch , the man huffed and said well I would have to refund you then restock, then repick looked over my shoulder to the small queue ,raised his eyebrows as if he couldn't be bothered, so we just left.

The assistant at Homebase was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We had a mix of collect and bought items and these were dealt with quickly. Overall a very good experience reflecting well on the company.

I had to queue a long time at the one and only open till. The whole point of a click and collect is to pick up quickly.

A * service as always

I was looking for a console table. I found one I liked online at homebase. So rather than buy on line, we decided it's a rainy day so let's go for a drive to Chichester homebase. A sales assistant asked what I was looking for, she was very helpful and went to have a look. She came back to say they didn't have any in stock but I could have one delivered to my home. Before I could decide what to do, she said I'm going to just double check. Back she came saying she found one, it wasn't on their system. So I'm really happy for her persistence and our journey wasn't wasted. So thank you Janet, you're an asset to homebase you were so helpful. And the console table was easy to put together and looks perfect.
