Online order but on collection found the fitting had no screws in the packet, picture and description said with fittings. Alerted the staff who checked the remaing stock, no fittings in any pack. However they sorted my problem found screws and I was very satisfied. Efficiency.

Amazing service went to click and collect a big Keter storage item and was seen to very quickly by the cashier and then Ryan came out to the car with it on a pallet trolly and I went to lift it into the car but he did it all for me

I ordered 14 plant pots for my garden and when I arrived I was helped to the car by Ryan. Ryan carefully loaded them into my vehicle and took great care with them to make sure none of them would bang into each other and potentially break. He was extremely helpful and made my job of collecting so many plant pots a much easier and pleasant job than I was expecting.

Easy to reach the store, plenty of car parks available. The store was quiet and a very helpful person named Paul had time to show me some garden tools and gave advice, very grateful. Shopping in store is much more pleasant than online but perhaps the prices could be more affordable.

The lady (Vanessa) who managed the order was great. She rang me to let me know about stock issues and gave next best options. The same lady also served me in store during collection and she was friendly and nice.
