I did a click and collect order, says only ready in an hour. After 3 hours I tried to call phone was disconnected so I decided to drop in and see if it was ready. Staff members tried to locate stock but what it said online did not match what they had in store. I could not collect some of the order because all wasn't there. My order was then cancelled by the store manager but I never received any confirmation of this, the manager then assured me I would get a call the next day to make sure I got this confirmation or refund which I did not get a call, confirmation or refund. It's been 2 days now and I'm still in limbo with this. Can someone please confirm my refund is on the way

I bought a kitchen from Homebase in Drogheda. From the initial contact with Anne and subsequent planning meetings with Suzanne the whole process was extremely professional and efficient. I had to delay my order for a number of months, and had to make some changes to it but this was never an issue. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Delivery was on time and the product itself was solid and well made. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience. I would like to thank Suzanne, in particular, for her unfailing good humour and positivity.

From start to finish Suzanne and the team were brilliant from the design phase to the delivery phase. They answered any queries helped with any issues and were massively accommodating to any changes in plans or last minute tweaks I had. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I am delighted with my kitchen.

I am a regular customer of Homebase in Drogheda. Their range of products is great. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a female member of staff called Sabrina who I have to say goes above and beyond to assist you in any way she can. Even when she is run off her feet. She helped me carry paint to the check out the other day and made sure I had brushes / white spirits etc. And then offered to bring them to my car. When I see she is on duty it makes my trip to homebase all the better.

Staff so friendly they make you welcome. A bit disappointed that winter plants that were to come into day have not arrived

I bought a garden corner seating set. Katie, the girl that assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She also assisted me with getting it to my car. She is a credit to Homebase and should be commended for her attitude. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks Katie.

Bought our new kitchen homebase drogheda, we had a consultation with Anne first who was very professional then we met with design consultan Suzanne Barnwell who was with us for the entire project. She went through every option for us couldn't have been more helpful. She was always available to take a phone call kept us informed about everything. Very professional homebase lucky to have her.we are very happy with our kitchen. Willie and nuala.

Jack and Layla were very helpful and friendly with a returned lawnmower.

Anne helped us plan our kitchen. She was fantastic! We were so impressed with how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was in walking us through all of the steps. We stopped by a few months ago and she was so kind, we remembered her and decided to go back and we are so glad we did.

Had a kitchen design consultation with Anne and she walked us through every step of the process. She was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We appreciated her honesty and straightforward approach and would highly encourage anyone to work directly with her.

Anne in the Drogheda branch did such a wonderful job fitting us in for an appointment last minute and guiding my mum through all the options and processes for a new kitchen fitted.

Staff very friendly and variety of products great

Homebase is always my first choice when it comes to shopping. I always had an excellent experience with customer service, I bought most of the stuff for my home from Homebase, whether it's paint, garden stuff or a wardrobe, laundry cabinets or any I always got a piece of good advice and an excellent service. I had ordered cabinets for my laundry area and a Wardrobe in the past with Anne and she was superb. I recently ordered another Wardrobe and Suzzane was a delight to deal with. She was so good with her suggestions on customizing the wardrobe and took care of everything untill the order was delivered to our doorstep. We would always recommend Homebase whether the quality of the product or the customer service and support everything is excellent and the journey is so easy and stress-free with them.
