Head melt made easy
I went in looking for a shelf and never realised how many types there were and brackets. Met James who talked me through all the different sizes helped me pick brackets and brought me over to get screws and plug things. Wow what was turning into a head melt became so easy.

I dealt with James recently when ordering my Homebase kitchen and i can honestly say I have never experienced such excellent customer care service EVER. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with my order. He is so pleasant, helpful, patient, interested and obliging in making any changes I requested. I cant recommend him highly enough to others and have given his name to anyone I know interested in getting a kitchen. My niece had recommended him to me and i am delighted she did. He is certainly deserving of an extra bonus or a extra week off this year:-). Barbara Lawless

Great experience
I bought a kitchen from Homebase santry. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. They went out of their way to help! The finished kitchen is amazing and I am delighted ! A big thank you to James who is approachable , accommodating and very professional.

The whole of the Santry Homebase team are fantastic. I have been shopping here for years and they always go out of their way. I recently purchased a kitchen from James. James is an exceptional employee, who always go over and beyond and nothing was too much bother. He made the whole experience very easy and smooth. I have recommend him to many people

Staff were vey helpful & polite. I needed help with buying some plants. Helped me pick the righted ones I needed, very knowledgeable. Brought my items to the till. Made the experience very easy for me. I would definitely shop here again.
