Amazing service
There was a lovely server named TJ that gave me that made me feel welcome and was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and I truly appreciate her service. I would recommend coming to Ewell store.

Homebase came to the rescue
Had difficulty sourcing a product I needed to help plant a shrub. Found it easily on Homebase website, was able to order for collection, received confirmation straight away. When I called at Ewell branch later, it was brought immediately. Can’t fault the service…and it was cheaper than elsewhere.

I ordered some items from the shop in…
I ordered some items from the shop in Ewell and paid £20 pounds for delivery which is yet to be delivered. On the same day I ordered similar items online and it was delivered within time for £6. I am wondering why it is easier and cheaper to order online than from the store. It is very disappointing

This is my second attempt to order…
This is my second attempt to order these storage boxes , the first time I was called to say the wrong product had arrived so I cancelled the order and then today I came to collect my second order but was given the wrong product again. Very frustrating! Won’t be bothering with Homebase next time I need anything
