Came in looking for cubes that I had seen on your website.
Came away with 2 instead of the 1! Great price! Staff were helpful in putting on the trolley for me and taking to the car as I was unable to lift due to recent operation.
Will certainly be back for more.. thank you to the chap with the beard!

Lovely experience coming into a Homebase, was looking for a grey paint and was helped by a lovely lady called Mandy, picked a lovely colour with me perfect for what I was after also picked up a few other bits to help with my little project, have to say it’s nice to walk into a store and see smiling faces the young lady on the till also checked I had everything I needed.

I was, as usual, in a hurry, I didn’t have to wait any longer than 30 seconds for it to be my turn to collect my purchase.

Staff member was friendly, which I think is one of attributes needed to work in the retail sector.

Store atmosphere calm and relaxed.

My only thought was after having a quick look around the whole store, I don’t remember seeing any staff, and should I have needed assistance I don’t think that I would been able to approach anyone.

Bought online table was damaged. Was offered a good discount, so kept the table. Staff member was brilliant

Friendly, helpful staff. Always like going to the Gloucester store, staff are good and usually some bargains to be had.

I visited the Gloucester store today looking for inspiration for paint colour for my garden shed. Steve Jones was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to me and help. He was very knowledgeable about the paint products. With his help, I decided on a particular colour but the size I wanted wasn’t on display. He took the time to go and look for it and reappeared with two big tins of the colour I wanted. Great customer service, thank you.

when visiting the gloucester store i was quickly greeted by a member of their staff Kaleb and questioned on if i needed any assistance with locating the products i entered the store to search for. Kaleb very much helped in every aspect and made my shopping time much faster and easier with his assistance where he made me feel nothing but welcomed. great store!

I have been a customer of Homebase for many years. I find that their stock of items is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly.
But, the toilet facilities are a disgrace.
The ladies and men’s toilet door are locked shut and the accessible toilet door has a code lock. This door is mainly ajar.
The cleanliness of the room is undesirable to say the least.
Each time I visit I am discusted.
Yesterday, my wife used the facilities and said to me how she thought them awful. She said there was no toilet paper. A basic requirement, I would think.
Come on Homebase, you really need to buck up your ideas.
