Easy to order click and collect. Order ready quickly and ready for collection. Useful because I could send my husband to collect and be sure he came back with the correct paint!

Jamie on Kitchens at Homebase in Honiton was an absolute delight to deal with. He was professional, prompt, never came across as pushy and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Jamie went above and beyond for us trying to make everything work for our requirements and I would definitely use Homebase again if I needed to for kitchens based on my excellent experience. Too often we’ve found sales representatives at other stores who didn’t give us the impression they had the time or inclination to really understand our needs but at Homebase in Honiton Jamie certainly did. Thanks again Jamie we are so grateful for the effort and time you gave us.

Actually did my click and collect in the store… as I’d used the Homebase website to find out more about the product I was looking at… a note pop up on screen to register my email address and get 10% off my order…
So stood there in store and placed the order… used the discount… used the option to pay with 3 payments via PayPal too… then said to a staff member I’ve just done a click and collect… that fine… if you want just take the item to the desk and we’ll just confirm it’s all gone through on our end… it had…so all doubled checked and I’m on my way… so got a first time discount… use of PayPal… so spread the costs… all worked well

I was researching paint for a rental house and needed experienced advice. Sean was friendly and charming as well as knowledgeable about the products and how to evaluate what would be best for the job I had to do. Excellent and professional help.

Ordered 2 packs of shelving on line for collect in store. Both boxes were damaged and torn open and the contents inside were damaged. I normally have a good experience staff are very pleasant. So I excepted a refund after travelling 10 miles each way to pick them up. Not what I expected.

Really helpful staff member and manager at Honiton Homebase. They helped me exchange some F&B paint after I had mistakenly ordered the wrong paint. Friendly, helpful and resolved my issue.

We had bought a floor lamp from Homebase but on unpacking it at home we discovered a part missing. So we took it back to the store. The staff member,Lin, was so patient and understanding. She gave us a few suggestions and then ordered another one for us online for a home delivery as we don’t live locally. We were so pleased at the way she dealt with the matter. Her efforts, kindness, and patience is worth mentioning. Our overall experience was excellent. Thanks to Lin once again. A member of staff like Lin is definitely an asset to the company!

I had difficulty with click and collect due to low stock, but the staff were very helpful. They found and put aside the sack trolley for me.
When I picked it up it needed assembly so Colin built it for me so I could wheel it to the car.

Can’t thank the staff enough, I came into the store looking for paint, not knowing the difference between satin and eggshell an amazing staff member Grace helped me by explaining the difference between the two paints and even took me to some samples so I could feel the difference between them! Always greeted by a smile whenever I come into Homebase! Very happy with my purchase!

I was waiting for my car to have a service over the road and popped into Honiton Homebase. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Nikki. Fantastic service.
