We had a great experience getting a new kitchen design. Leah was very helpful and friendly and helped us design a kitchen for a small area that maximised the space available. Ordering and delivery all went smoothly. Good value.

Customer service first class!! I have had the professionalism and product knowledge from kitchen specialist Leah Monteith in Homebase Omagh over these past weeks. Her guidance, advise and competence made the whole kitchen design project an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah who always made me feel at ease and her friendly nature was welcome. I would strongly recommend this service, it really was first class! I can't wait to see my kitchen fully installed!!

I rang Homebase today as I was told by another member of staff that my tiles I was looking for was on order and would be in Thursday's delivery. When I rang this morning I fellow called Andrew went above and beyond his job description. Checking and sorting out my query. Returning my call not just once but twice. In the end he found the tiles which had been delivered and left them at the customer service desk. The young fellow need a well earned recognition for his excellent customer service today.

The service and attention to detail that I received from Matty (staff member in Omagh Store) was second to none. He was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful and his customer service was exceptional.

Simple click and collect

On arrival for collection. Staff very helpfull, and helped move my goods out to the car park to my vehicle.

Matty in the paint section of the Omagh store was just fantastic ! I arrived with 3 small children and he was so helpful , knowledgeable and efficient , as well as getting smiles out the children . Absolutely impeccable service provided by Matty today! Mattys customer service is by far the best iv seen in a long time! All from choosing which garden furniture to go with, to the checkout process and then to loading the boxes into my car with me!

Rheanna and Stephen were excellent, I was buying lamps and wanted to see if the bulbs would fit, both the staff waited and were kind enough to plug it in upon request, such kind friendly young staff, thank you homebase Omagh, your staff are lovely.

Very helpful staff. The two boxes were sitting ready for me and a young man took the boxes to the car and packed them in twice, as it needed two car journeys.

Ease of ordering, i recieved a telephone call when a product i ordered wasn't in stock, suggested an replacement which i took,

We visited Homebase in Omagh for to buy paint. Matty was brilliant & helped us find the perfect paint through their paint matching service. Overall everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

I was looking for something to bring a shine on my old car. I explained to Stephen and not only was he a lovely young man but extremely helpful. Getting me car shampoo. Sponges and even a nice new bucket. An absolute credit to the company.
