They delivered the wrong item!
They delivered a sofa bed but when opened we discovered it was the wrong one! It took a number of calls to arrange collection of this and the delivery of the correct one 3 days later. It was sorted correctly though and we are really pleased with the product.

Excellent service
Excellent service from Romford click & collect the male member of staff was very helpful taking my order and loading it in my car as a customer with a disability it was much appreciated and the young lady at least he till dealt with my refund quickly . Some reviews complain about only one till being open I must say I think it more about the company cutting back as I’ve been into Waltham cross .bishop storeford . Romford . Harlow and croma they all only have one till open which is a shame as iam sure they will lose customers

I did not collect any other as i bought…
I did not collect any orders as i bought 2 outdoor flower pots,given 1 broken old rusty and other one missing. Although received text message this morning saying my order ready to pick. Waste of time, fuel and I don’t know way I was dragged out saying my order is ready? Poor management!
