Was given items that couldn't be used. Had to return them. Made a special trip to collect them. I'm very disappointed and may not be shopping there again

Website worked well, ordering very easy. Opted for collection... quick and easy process in the shop. Have used before and will use again.

Ordered on line . Collection ready quick pick up of item was quick and correct.

Staff were really attentive and friendly. However item was missing from the order and realised after I returned to the car so had to head back in to resolve. The staff resolved it quickly and without hesitation. Overall service was great but orders need to be double checked.

Quick and friendly

Ordered something to collect via the click and collect service Homebase has to offer. Turned up a bit before receiving the confirmation to collect text and did not mind waiting. The first guy we were welcomed by was very accommodating, however this experience was short lived when their colleague gave me the item. A very passive aggressive “in future you have to wait for the confirmation email”. Made us feel very unwelcomed and had not acknowledgment of our apology for being early, just simply ignored.

Easy to find the product I wanted (it was a repeat order). Ordering process is simple. Delivery cost didn't seem too excessive (based on capital cost of the ordered item and the weight/size which would have been difficult to collect). Delivery happened on date specified.

The Click and Collect at the Rugby store is hopeless! No means of calling staff to the Click and Collect desk, it’s been like this for months. Don’t bother with Click and Collect just get it of the shelf and pay at the checkout!

After arriving to pick up a storage locker from click and collect, the locker was brought from outside in dirty ripped wrapping and we were told it had been ripped to allow the water to drain as the item had been stored outside although we were unsure how water got into a plastic wrapped item. After asking for a different locker we were told we had the best of the bunch. We wanted to check the item due to this and after an initial inspection we were then told any problems and to contact the company Keter. When we asked why we were told because that is policy. We were buying from Homebase and not direct from Keter, therefore our contract is with yourselves. We were not happy with the reasons given to us, we then decided to completely open the packaging in order to ensure nothing was damaged or missing. The member of staff was not enamoured by this although once the item has been checked he did offer to take the wrapping away.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The customer assistant was brilliant and spent a full 20 mins helping me with all my questions about putting up shelves for the first time. 10/10 customer service.

Arrived by courier within specified timescale

I went to the counter to pick up my order, and a young man was serving someone else. The man was carrying a child and said I will just go get a trolley as the item was heavy. The man who was serving said I can carry it to your car and off they went. I was standing waiting for quite a while. I ordered it to collect as I was short on time. I was quite annoyed, shouldn’t he have called someone over to help the man with child. I felt like I was ignored
