I went into homebase today at 3.15, walked around trying to get a bit of help, I know everyone very busy, but it was a simple question about a snake plant, I went to counter the guy who says he's the manager completely ignored me, so I walked around again, and a young lad told me to go back to same man, so I did, and he did the same thing, refused to make eye contact with me and walked away, I then called him and told him he was extremely rude and unhelpful, he then told me to "get out of his store", I told him I spend thousands in there, and told him it wasn't his store, he said yes it is I'm the manager, he had an English accent , I don't know his name, but I'm so annoyed that he would speak to anyone like this.
I am going to find out who he is an report to someone more senior. I am appalled and hope he does not think it is normal to speak to a paying customer in this manner.

Jim in Sligo store was an absolute gentleman to deal with. He was so kind and accommodating in helping us find our chosen Christmas tree, as there were none left out in the shop and he had to go and find one in the stock room. We were unable to bring the tree home on the same day as payment and Jim assured us it would be there for collection the next day - which it was! Couldn't recommend him highly enough and we will definitely be back!

The cashier saved me 15 euro by telling me if I bought 2 cans of paint it would cost me less.

Was buying paint and the cashier Anne pointed out to me there was a special offer on, and advised me on particular brands.
Was very helpful and courteous x

Went into Homebase in Sligo over the weekend and received great service. The lady behind the till, Laura, was able to help me with my queries about a specific type of paint I needed and helped me find it. Very helpful and friendly

I was very impressed with the customer service I received instore this evening. I wanted to write a review as good service seems to be a rarity these days. Aisling and Lorraine were both very helpful and friendly. Lorraine went out of her way to assist me in the lighting department, she has excellent product knowledge and took a real interest in ensuring I made the correct purchase. Thank you.

Aisling In the Sligo store was extremely helpfull and friendly and made my shopping experience so easy and left me with a smile on my face

We ordered on-line and collected from the Sleaford store. After placing our order for a garden parasol, we found another, better suited to our needs. We ordered the second parasol and on collection of both, advised the staff of what we had done. The staff were very understanding and processed an immediate refund on the original order, which took very little time. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Anne in Homebase, Sligo, Ireland is very accomdating and is also very helpful, she a great member of the team, she is great at her job and she should be given a raise!

I was able to get what I wanted easily and Aisling was very helpful and pleasant at the till. It's lovely when people take a little time to chat.

Liam from Homebase had all the pots we ordered ready waiting for us when we arrived, and went out of his way (in the rain) to get our compost.

The staff member Jim is always welcoming and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and
goes beyond to assist in whatever products you are looking for. Taking time to give advise to help you in your selection.

I bought a lawnmower on 28th May. I was given my receipt and told to use it to register my purchase online, but there is no facility for doing this. Please contact me to discuss this matter further
