Very helpful staff at blackpole, Worcester

Shop with Homebase a lot as it is local to me, good products, variable prices & and staff are polite and helpful.

The product was easy to order and arrived safely and on time.

Needed help with a bbq but staff were very limited for a busy Sunday however the customer service demonstrated from a cashier named Sarah was exceptional. She did everything to help and when she couldn’t answer some of my queries she immediately went and found the duty manager (Chloe) to help us.
The result of their help, support and great customer service was a £400 sale for the store and satisfied customer who will definitely return to store to purchase other items 👍

Went earlier on in the week and brought 21 packs of flooring to see one was damaged was exchanged but when we looked at the pack was 8mm not 12mm called worcs store and was quickly dealt with 12mm waiting behind counter to exchange, went into store changed pack to find it was the original damaged one and no more stock so was dealt with quickly and efficiently by ELLIE and PAISLEY was really really impressed with the service they both have WELL DONE YOU TWO

Item was ready and waiting and the young lady in customer services was very pleasant. Only down side was there weren’t any trolleys and all the staff watched me struggle to carry the large item out of the store. Young man sat in tills and just watched me, no offer of help at all. A little disappointing overall.

Went in to get some new stuff for my home, and needed some help, paisley who was kind and very helpful, pointed me in the right direction and even recommended the best options for me!

Bev from Homebase Worcester was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing paint for my garden office. She explained all the options and also how they could mix specific colours for me. As I’m super indecisive she helped me make a good decision on a colour and then helped me find other items I needed but couldn’t find in the store. Exceptional service and a credit to the team.
