3 problems but fixed after 1 week

Original problems...

1- The besframe has a chipped part so it is damaged

2- The dresser door is not installed properly so it is tilted and must be forced to close.

3- The office desk had bad parts so they could not install it.

It was a good price and looks nice but this is not acceptable so they repaired the problems within a weeks time.

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Service / No Delivery

Very disappointed with HomeBox service. Delivery was agreed today between 4 PM to 8 PM. I called them 5 times during the day to confirm the timing, but they never gave a clear update and they didn’t provide any driver number.

They arrived at 8 PM and then left without delivering the furniture.
I stayed waiting the whole day and in the end I was left without a bed, so I had to book a hotel for 600 AED or sleep on the floor.

This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Worst delivery experience ever!

Worst delivery experience ever!

I specifically called one day before delivery to tell HomeBox not to come between 12 PM and 3 PM because I wouldn’t be home. They assured me the delivery team would call an hour before arriving.

What actually happened? No call. Instead, I got a WhatsApp saying they were in front of my house. When I told them I wasn’t home, they just left—no attempt to reschedule or contact me.

For a full day, I couldn’t reach anyone. When I finally called the call center to complain, they told me to wait 48 hours because my furniture was back at the warehouse and would need to be rescheduled.

Absolutely terrible service, zero professionalism, no communication. This is by far the worst delivery experience ever, and I would never recommend HomeBox to anyone.

I am SORRY BUT HOMeBOX LOGISTICS ARE VERY VERY BAD, am sooo upset
I ordered last year and waited more than 1wk for delivery, the day come

I ended up paying cleaner for 5hrs to help me clear my bedroom for the new bed and cabinet and delivery never showed up,

I scheduled 5 Jan 10am to 4pm, driver kept saying coming, I called their customer service twice and NO SHOW. Are they scamming people now also?

Worst customer service


We purchased a sofa and chairs 10 days ago, and at the time of purchase we were informed that the delivery would be on 3rd January, between 10 AM and 4 PM, which we agreed to. Since morning, I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I was assured that someone would call me back. However, no one did.
At 4:30 PM, I finally received a call informing me that the delivery would be at 5 PM. I waited the entire day expecting the delivery as promised. What is most disappointing is that customer service does not even have the driver’s contact details. This reflects extremely poor coordination and customer support.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I will not be purchasing furniture from HomeBox again. The customer care is completely unacceptable.

Fake comittments...pathetic customer care service

Wish there is an option to give a negative ranking.....just using fake comittment as a strategy to increase the sales....a delivery was committed for the next day at the time of placing order (that too with a disclaimer that please place the order in next few minutes) however, post that the delivery date was changed to 3 days ....catching hold of customer care...while it's difficult....but eventually ends up as a futile effort....as they are available only to read out the scripts (which have been designed to say "no" to the customer in different form and shapes).... OVERALL A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

Poor Quality bed mattress and poor customer service

I have purchased few items in the past, yes its poor quality but the low cost somehow justifies it. Recently purchased standard priced bed mattress and really disappointed about the quality of mattress, selling soft mattress as firm and the mattress has squeaking sound when someone lays down. very poor quality and standard market price. the worst part is customer service is nearly non existent. Does not know how to answer customer and how to close the case rather they start playing avoiding tactics. Home box , Never again!!

I had a very disappointing and…

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with HomeBox. The cupboard delivered to me on 24 December 2025 at around 4:00 PM arrived in poor condition. The mirror was broken, and the cupboard had many scratches, which is completely unacceptable.

After waiting the whole day for the delivery, this was extremely frustrating. The delivery contractor promised that the cupboard would be replaced the next day (25 December), but until now I have received no calls, no updates, and no visit. No one came back as promised.

This experience was highly unprofessional, with poor communication and lack of responsibility. I expected much better service from HomeBox.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves their quality control and customer service, because this level of service is not acceptable.

An absolute nightmare

An absolute nightmare to deal with this company. My order arrived three weeks late and the order was completely different from what I had ordered. I requested a return and promptly provided photos of the boxes as asked but to this day no one has responded.

I then called to request a refund. It has been over two weeks and despite calling me three separate times to confirm a pickup, no one ever showed up. I had to repeatedly change my plans because of this, which caused significant inconvenience.

They are cheap for a reason and it’s not worth the headache. Completely unprofessional experience. Never again.

I purchased a sofa set from HomeBox…

I purchased a sofa set from HomeBox Fujairah after being clearly informed that it was the last available piece. I was assured that they would try their best to deliver it and later received an official message confirming that the delivery was scheduled for Saturday, with a warning that delivery charges would apply if I cancelled or was unavailable.
Because of this, I stayed in my room the entire day to ensure I was available. However, the delivery never happened.
When I called HomeBox around 5:30 PM, I was told that the system shows they tried to call me and that I did not answer. This is completely false. I checked my phone thoroughly—there were no missed calls, no call attempts, no messages from HomeBox at all.
Providing false information in your system to cover a failed delivery is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers are penalized with charges for cancellation or unavailability, yet when HomeBox fails to deliver, there is no accountability.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my entire day, and shows a lack of honesty and customer service. I strongly advise HomeBox management to review their delivery coordination and stop blaming customers for internal failures.
Very disappointed. I expect proper action and accountability from the HomeBox review and customer care team.

Most Unprofessional & unethical Delivery team on earth

I waited 8 days for a King size bed I ordered on Homebox app, & when their delivery team turned up they started misbehaving.

They were highly unprofessional people who left the item unattended & unassembled and that too without taking the receiving from me. I told them that I have installed the new flooring in my bedroom so when you are fixing the bed please be careful, to which they said they are not responsible for anything. I was on an official call & asked them to wait for 2 min until I come back to which they said they cant wait. They raised their voice on me after which they left the item without fixing.

When I raised the complaint with Homebox customer service team, they were unable to resolve this issue, in my opinion Homebox customer service team are good for nothing, especially agents like Hassan, Anas & Joanna. It was only Marha who promised that the new fixing team will come tomorrow to fix my bed but lets see if she is able to honor her commitment or not. All the time, I kept on asking to speak to their manager but their customer service were persistent of not putting their manager on the phone.

An absolute NO for future purchases. NOT AT RECOMMENDED. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD HAVED RATED NEGATIVE FOR HOME BOX!!!!

Can I put a negative rating?

They have delivered just last Monday our dining and sofa set. Here's what I've experienced:
1. 1 of the chairs was damaged, we haven't noticed at the time but after an hour or two, we realised there was a huge scratch in the chair. I've reported this and until now no one is calling me back about replacing the item.
2. They forgot to bring the other part of the center table. The delivery guy told us they will come back the next day but they did not. I called customer service and told them to call me for scheduling because it's not everyday that there are people in the apartment, we're all working. They called me today telling me they're on their way. I called the customer service and they told me to reschedule, it will take again another week.

Ridiculous!!! Considering it was their mistake ;(((

I had a very bad experience with Home…

I had a very bad experience with Home Box Ajman. I placed and paid for order #29001003977920251123 and received a confirmed delivery time between 4:00–8:00 PM. My family and I fully prepared the house exactly as requested by the delivery team — clearing space, turning on the AC, and staying at home the whole time.

I followed up three times during the delivery window, and every time they told me “the team is coming” or “10 minutes only.” After waiting for hours, the final update came at 8:40 PM and they told me that they would not deliver at all.

This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My whole family stayed home all day, cancelled our plans, and trusted their promises. Instead, we were left waiting with no real communication and no respect for our time.

This experience broke my trust completely.
I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their delivery service and customer communication.

Very Unprofessional Assembly Crew from Home Box
I ordered a media unit and a 5-door wardrobe from Home Box. I had kept enough space in both the living room and bedroom for installation, but the assembly team insisted that I completely empty the bedroom so they could lay all the panels on the floor. They even said they would take the items back to the warehouse and charge me extra if I didn’t.

To avoid paying more, I had to agree — and they ended up using the entire bedroom, living room, and even the open kitchen counter to assemble everything. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional and inconsiderate assembly team. Do customers really have to clear out their entire rooms before getting furniture installed?
