Terrible delivery service but speakers are fine

Terrible delivery service. Package sat at transport company for a week. They claimed that the address was unknown which made no sense at all as it was a regular address in Paris. No real help from the seller. Only after multiple attempts to get them to help did they contact the transport company. When the latter finally contacted me they were unpleasant on the phone. Contents were delivered eventually but very late.

This is a reply to the answer from the seller below. It appears that this is the only way to do this.
I appreciate the apology. The speakers work fine by the way and I changed my evaluation to 3 stars.
As for my nationality and use of English in this review: this has nothing to do with the problem, as the transport company only contacted me after they had had the package for over a week. Moreover, I can understand French for the most part. Writing in English is just easier.

En effet le transporteur n'a pas été à la hauteur avec une livraison très tardive et nous vous présentons nos excuses de sa part.
Vous êtes de nationalité Hollandaise, le service client du transporteur ne parlait visiblement pas Anglais et a eu du mal à correspondre avec vous

Amazing ! But the phone number on the parcel ?

Everything perfect and fast process.Just a wrong thing : I haven't found my mobile phone number on the shipping parcel/label (not good for the International Courier ! I'm sorry, four stars only for this).
Shipped to Italy without problems by French Post “Colissimo”.Grazie ancora di tutto agli amici Francesi -:) Alla prossima ! A big hug from Italy ;)
