Kudos for selling Prague Powder without pink dye so I can get it in Germany! Shipping was quick and more now it’s up to customs which worked last time relatively quickly and without extra cost. It was fun talking with Paul and I hope to be doing more home curing.

This is my first attempt brining/curing. Product came quickly. I contacted the customer services for some advice, and had a brief email exchange with Paul. He had great knowledge, and was incredibly helpful. Excellent service/experience all round.
