Excellent service and prompt response to my queries. My nonna in Italy used to make our salame, in fact several different types of salami, but alas she's gone, so Mr le Surf was a very knowledgeable substitute when I needed help.

Brilliant company
Surfy's home curing supplies is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I'm talking about all companies not just curing supplies
The owner Paul is very responsive and helpful to all enquiries and the delivery times are very prompt and always well packaged
Also the products that they sell are always top notch and very competitive with their prices
