very bad

bad, bad, very bad experience!
They guaranteed that the orders would arrive 4-8 weeks later, in the fifth month of the delay(!), they emailed and said that the orders would still arrive late. But the week after the last email, announce of their bankruptcy came

The company is very bad

The company is very bad. I waited about nine months and my order did not come. I asked them to cancel my order, and they agreed but did not pay me my money. I called them every day and they made false promises to me. After I consulted the Het Juridisch Loket the Het Juridisch Loket explained to the company that I will go to court.
Nine months and I did not receive my order
after nine months I waited one and half months more until I got my money back

spare yourself and buy somewhere else

We ordered a dresser with a 6-8 weeks waiting period. At this point we have been waiting for 8 MONTHS. At first they emailed us informing of a delay, that was a courtesy we later didn't receive anymore. We weren't impatient either, delays happen and so be it. After about 4 months we got sick of it however. They never bothered to email unless we complained. Every email was the same thing, issues with the supplier and they don't know anything. Meanwhile that exact same dresser was still displayed online, with a 6 to 8 weeks waiting period, ready to catfish another person. Eventually we emailed them that by the 16th of august we either want the dresser in our living room, or the money we paid back in our account. Again the same tale about not being able to know when the supplier wa going to be able to deliver. We didn't care, they failed to deliver, it was a breach of contract on their part. The day came, we emailed and received an electronic email saying their customer support will be closed until the 25th... Today is the 25th, they're still closed it seems. At this point we're tired and just want our money back so we can buy someplace else and have a dresser after nearly a year (by the time it's delivered).

5 months and haven't receive the furniture

On their website and the email we've received it was mentioned that usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. We've ordered a furniture set on 04-10-2021, so we were expecting to spend or Christmas and New Year with our new furniture, it didn't happen. On 08-11-2021 they've sent the first copy/paste email saying that, because of the supplier, they would delay the delivery and had no date for it. And basically the same email arrives on 07-12-2021 and 29-12-2021, by that time I've started complaining and basically receiving the same answer until I've asked for an exact delivery date on 03-02-2022 (one day before it completed 4 months since my order). On that email they said they would have a date in 2-3 weeks. I sent another email 3 weeks later, on 24-02-2022, they simply replied that on 21-02-2022 they already told me that there was no date. Today, more that 5 months since my order, I still don't have any further information, their customer service thinks it is sufficient to blame their supplier and let us without any furniture or further information and dates.

Update on 22-03-2022: Still no dates and last contact was on 11-03-2022 saying that they didn't get any useful information about my shipment. They said they would contact me on the following week, it didn't happen.

This is the worst service I had ever…

This is the worst service I had ever had in my life, I ordered on 27 february my forniture and received an email in april, communicating about the delivery delay. Two months later I had to start calling for my order delivery, from that time once per month calling, calling and calling and looks like there is not respect for clients, excuses without sense about covid, when you realize that not all the orders are in the same situation.
It is not ethic when as solution they offer you to pay 150 euros more to receive another one instead the one you ordered. I will contininue posting as long as this will take for them to be responsable and ethical.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! Glass went out from vitrine on my head and my son without touching. DANGEROUS! Many broken pieces. That company doesn't care about responsibility, and safe! THEY JUST IGNORED MY RECLAMATION! 3months waiting. 1 month delay. Received broken pieces.
