As I got an offer on phone after…

As I got an offer on phone after another one in email , I signed sounded really fair and after I signed they are just changed details

So with 0hours contract being non stop avaliable and covering all between E1-E17 , every day the first 10miles unpaid .... well not what I looking for .
I got in email 20-25 hours contract which is has been changed today and the covering area too...

If you see the end of the day will be minus with this details.

I got 2 calls one email and today another one all of them has been with different details

Is this legal to change the details after you already signed? 🤷‍♀️

I wasted my time and I deleted other interview opportunities because I want to believe in this company!!

I can't image how they treat their clients if they treat people like this. The not reliable company at all

I have been working for Home Instead…

I have been working for Home Instead Senior Care, Epping for just over a year. It has been a true experience and I have learnt so much. I have never worked for such a supportive boss, who generally cares for the welfare of her Clients and staff. Home Instead definitely go the extra mile. Looking forward to the future .

Highly Recommend Home Instead

Highly Recommend Home Instead. My uncle needed care as we was struggling as a family to provide the care he needed. They guided us and went though the different options i am pleased that after one year of help that my uncle is happier and in the right hands.

I do not understand the other reviews regarding the pricing as for the price i pay it is well worth the money and considerably cheap.

Overpriced and their interfering causes work for you.

Been reluctantly using this company for many years now. They are ridiculously over priced. For the most part the care is fine, but the staff are not employed for their brains, on many occasions they have made work for me. Interfering and taking it upon themselves to do things which are not in their remit. Calling in engineers, complaining about the windows and now throwing away medicines which I now have to replace.
Care companies are supposed to make life easier. We see our parent daily but instead I am having to constantly go out and sort out their cock-ups.
Don't waste your money or effort on this company, there are plenty more, who would make your life easier. Because isn't That what you pay for?

They pretend to be different to other…

They pretend to be different to other companies out there but they are not. Don't pay over the odds for common rate care. Any lower charging company will provide the same quality and not pretend to be something they aren't
