We bought a floor lamp. There was a problem with it. Took it back to the shop and the problem was resolved whilst we went for a coffee. Best of all we weren't made to feel awkward. I didn't mind that there was problem with the lamp, because these things happen.

Great Communication, fast delivery.
I ordered a ceiling light to match my wall lights I had already ordered from another company. Unfortunately the wall lights were discontinued, I called Home Lighting Store straight away and they recalled the courier and I picked an alternative, I received it the next day and they charged the extra from my card, no problems at all.

Terrible
After ordering a light and waiting 10 days for delivery I emailed to ask where it was
They then said it was no longer produced and would I like to cancel
I said yes ! 16 days on and I still haven't been refunded !
Shocking !!

Lights are beautiful
The wall lights came very quickly and were well packaged and safe. They are just as described and look absolutely lovely. The only negative was to do with installing them - my electrician did them as they were being put in a new extension and he said they were a bit tricky because there wasn't much space to manipulate the fixings. he ended up putting a slight crack in one of them however this can't be seen, but worth noting.

Making this purchase was a breeze!
I contacted the company first to check on a few aspects regarding availability but then ordered on-line. The phone was answered promptly and I was phoned back with the news I needed. The ceiling light/fan arrived in good time and was just as described; importantly we needed an extension bar for fitting in a conservatory ceiling without clipping the glass roof. It works well causing a gentle breeze even on low speed and it is quiet when operating even on high speed. I can't comment on the fitting as my electrician fitted it while I was out but he didn't complain about it at all. I would recommend this product to anyone; we have another in the bedroom which is lovely creating a gentle breeze and is quiet enough to sleep through and I am a light sleeper.
