Website Details Inaccurate
I bought the Sydney chest of drawers online and was was very disappointed of how it was represented on the website compared to what I received. It states it is 'rattan style' but nowhere does it say its a photograph stuck onto the front panel! Also, the website says minimum assembly and there is over 30 pieces to be put together.

I ordered a dinning room bench for my…
I ordered a dinning room bench for my kitchen table from home line furniture. Initially I thought that the price was great and the bench looked great unfortunately this was not the case. Firstly delivery was delayed as product was out of stock which we were never informed of until we made contact with them to find out about the delay. Then the bench arrived and the quality was poor not as expected at all , it was also apparent at the poor quality when putting item together as it was difficult to assemble as nothing fit together properly. When assembled the bench feels very fragile and like it could collapse at any moment. Overall extremely disappointed from start to finish. The price was reasonable but you essentially get what you pay for which is very little .

Your order was placed online at the end of September for (Pre-order for October delivery) this was stated in the product name and it was also shown on your order confirmation email. Your order was delivered within the quoted timeframe, as delivery was made you in October.
We are sorry to hear that the quality was not as expected and that you had difficulty with assembling the bench.
Unfortunately, we had not been made aware of this, If there is a fault with an item, we would request images of the item to resolve the issue.
