I suspect a scam

I had the impression that a lot of things are not right, when I had to deal with the company and they're owner.

There were so many mistakes, false information and false documentation in the CPCV and the purchase process, that I suspect either the owner tries to scam people out of the deposit (10% when singing the CPCV) or the construction /renovation is so bad, that mistakes are being offloaded to buyers and therefore false and insufficient documentation is provided.

I would not buy a bottle of water from someone that conducts business in such a way, so never ever a house or a appartment
