25th of November my wife and I bought a plastic Christmas three from HomeNordic we were excited to get our three and now Friday the 11th of December we got it. Not sent to our home, but approximately 1 hour each way from our home. We do not have a car. We wrote that to the customer service but they work pretty much slow so we decided to go there by ourselves. First of all PostNord did not register any package and I had to be pretty much rude to get the employee to check in the back of they had it. They of course did and as she said ups mistake from us we forgot to register it. (That was PostNord). Next step was to take our package which was having the three sticking out of the box two places, so a lot of scratches already appeared on the three. The three inside was not protected but just stuffed on the box and that's it. The package was prettyuch damage and open different places (bad packing). Now we just arrived at home after more than 2 hours on the road to pick up the three and a part I missing to stabilise the three.
We can't recommend nobody to buy from HomeNordic for several of reasons described above
We are excited to hear what HomeNordic has to offer in dispensation for this mess, but the customer service or what they can be called are not the fastest in the region.
