I’m so grateful for this home visit service — it made everything incredibly easy and convenient. The doctor was professional, efficient, and even handled passport documentation during the visit. They also offer vaccinations, which makes the service even more valuable.

What really stood out was how smooth the whole process was and how reasonable the pricing is for a home visit. I’ll absolutely be using Dr. Silvia again and highly recommend this service to anyone who wants high-quality care without the hassle of traveling to a clinic.

March 1st. My letters are ignored, no tracking, no shipment. 2 Months after ordering materials. Reported websites to European authorities.

Their website states that shipments leave warehouse within 7 working days. After 5 working days I contacted them to make sure that they have all required information. They responded within one hour stating that shipping will begin from January 23. On Jan 27 I have contacted them asking for refund, Since i didn't receive any tracking or any other information. After that i left three additional emails that they ignored. They are failing to meet EU laws. Overall, I still didn't receive my order or any further information. They respond to comments as its everything is resolved, therefore its just a pretty facade, so they could attract more people to scam.
