Product arrived but was used

Product arrived but was used. Had wear on mirror, was dirty, had paint on it. Contacted you, had to send photos and was instructed to destroy item then send more photos for a refund. This is weird and a lot of work. Wish I’d never been enticed by the low price. You get what you pay for.

We ordered 2 bathroom sinks

We ordered 2 bathroom sinks. They were packaged separately but shipped in one larger box. There was no packaging material in the box which contained the sink to buffer it from sliding around inside the box. Consequently one of the sinks arrived broken into many pieces. The outer box did have a label proclaiming it was fragile. I will reach out to the company I purchased it from on Monday for a resolution since I received the item on a Friday and they were closed by the time I received it.
Monday morning I called Home Perfect and talked with Calvin Greene who was very concerned when he saw my post. I am happy to say he is ordering another sink to replace the broken one. It’s refreshing to speak with a customer service representative who expressed his concern and had no qualms about making things right. I am a very happy lady. Thank you Calvin.

Quick but inaccurate

The item I ordered arrived quickly and in great condition. The only issue is that it didn’t come in the color I had ordered. In my case, the color didn’t really matter, but it could for others. With such a strict return policy, they should be more careful about what they send to customers.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I placed an order for a part - and received a call soon after letting me know that the part would have to be special ordered and could take a few weeks. Every email communication was responded to quickly and I was called with additional updates. Would highly recommend working with Home Perfect!

Ordered a snow melt sensor

Ordered a snow melt sensor. First off communicated by chat on their sit and then I paid for it and received shipping confirmation. They then email me and ask for more money $25 as they say it was priced incorrectly! For $25 on a $460 purchase most companies would say 'our error' we will send it right?
After several emails, they will not move and said they are refunding me!

Great buying experience

Ordered a Jacko hand shower (very fairly priced) and emailed to confirm availability. Christy at Home Perfect was quick to respond, confirmed availability, and I had my item in two days. It doesn't get better than that!

Great service amidst the pandemic

Great service amidst the pandemic. A lot of other stores and warehouses are out of material and I was being told end of the year, and into next year for product. Home Perfect had it in stock, and delivered it in a good time frame. Call in to speak with their sales help, that's the best way to find out the most accurate shipping time.

Wonderful ordering experience!

Wonderful ordering experience! Our renovation has been on hold since March due to COVID. It has been a stressful situation having our bathroom torn apart and waiting for our contractor and material. Worked with Home Perfect to order our bathroom tub, toilet, shower set up, and the pedestal sink. A lot of the items were on backorder, again because of COVID, but they kept me up to date on the order and all items arrived in good condition. I would definitely recommend this site!

Bad experience with HomePerfect

Bad experience with HomePerfect, they appear to be an unreliable drop-shipper. They allowed me to order an unavailable product, then wouldn't fulfill order even though a virtually identical replacement product was available from the same manufacturer. I noticed they had a mismatched image for the listed product. Also, they practiced bad security by sending website registration user ID *and password* in a confirmation e-mail; but I could not log in with the registration credentials later (perhaps because the order was canceled, but not a good way to encourage patronage). Very weird experience. But I will give them some credit for their promptness in communication over the issues, and in providing a refund for the order (albeit with a multi-day delay to actually receive the refund).

Sketchy business

I had an item on my cart for an amount of 156$. I sent an email to homeperfect.com to know if they had any kind of coupon to use and they asked me for which item. They responded to me that there was not any discount for my item.
I then was going to proceed for confirming my cart and suddenly the price has been updated to about $186.
I have contacted homeperfect.com and the Director of Sales and Service stated that the price was just updated and she couldn;t do anything about.
Following my request they find out the item was too cheap, they raised the price and they didn't honor it.

Save Yourself the Agony by Ordering From Another Store

We ordered the Grohe 28629000 Chrome Relexa Plus Wall Supply Elbow With 1/2" Connection from Home Perfect. To their credit, the shipment came very quickly. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong finish. The finish was completely different from what was shown on their website. We spoke with their representative (Calvin) at length on the phone asking for either a store credit or refund. They flat out refused citing store policy.

They posted misleading information on their website and refused to do right by their customer. Sad. Never again.

Out to steal your time and misuse search utilities

Ordered a water heater at a very low price over another with a time limited sale. A couple days later they canceled my purchase and pointed to some mistake “policy”. Annoying but not the end of the world and they corrected the online price.

A month or 2 later, same unit reappears with same price. Same result.

These people are using pricing they won’t honor to drive traffic to their site, wasting buyer’s time and opportunity. Avoid them so they stop misusing search utilities!!!

I was ordering a Pool Heater

I was ordering a Pool Heater, good price on the item over $2,500. I received an email from the site stating that "Any Item over $99 has Free Shipping" and had a picture and description of the pool heater, when I went to order the item it was charging Shipping. I asked about it and was told not on that item, I said to Christy it states "Any Item" and she says except items that go "Freight". I feel that was not called out in the email and is a bit deceiving, I would be giving a Bad Rating but Christy was very polite to talk with and the Heater Price was good so I have my rating at Poor
