We ordered some furniture which we are very pleased with especially as the quality was good.
Unfortunately, the front of the wardrobe was slightly damaged. We spoke to Debbie on Sunday about it and by Wednesday we had a replacement delivered.
We can not fault the service in the store whatsoever.

had such a lovely experience shopping here with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to help us choose the right furniture and home décor pieces without any pressure, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The quality of the items is beautiful, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they offer. They were especially kind and patient with my daughter, which meant a lot to me.

I had several questions for HomePlus about the product and about delivery. They were all answered very promptly, courteously, informatively, and completely to my satisfaction. The dressing table and stool which I eventually bought were solidly constructed and look very good in place so, excellent quality and value. Delivery was very quick too, despite the intervening Easter weekend.

Rude, unhelpful and aggressive.
Rude, untrained awful staff! First visit to the store today. I brought a horse sculpture and had no idea it was damaged. I returned it within 5 minutes of purchase. The lady was very rude, and condescending. She said there is a big sign out the front, that says clearance. Now forgive me clearance does not always mean damaged. Could be end of line clearance/discontinued. Now at no point did both women tell me i was purchasing a defective item. No where on the sale ticket that it said it was damaged. Being shouted at, humiliated in front of other customers. I expected better. You need to employ better staff that can deliver basic customer service! Waited 10 mins to initially be served. I can safely say I will not be entering into any shops you own again. If that's the service and attitudes of your staff member's! Absolutely appalling!

We understand that you purchased an item from our Clearance Outlet Store, which is clearly advertised throughout as offering ex-display items, ‘nearly perfect’ pieces, and end-of-line collections. While many items are in excellent condition, they may not always be in brand-new state, and this is reflected in the nature of the store.
It is disappointing to hear that you felt our team were “rude and condescending.” Our staff are something we take great pride in, and we consistently receive exceptional feedback regarding their service, professionalism, and character.

A definite 5 star. Not only was the product in stock, it arrived in excellent condition, on time, plus it was £300 cheaper than a competitors site. This will absolutely not be the only time I use this company. They also emailed with regular updates.
