We got all the information we needed! And everything was okay! Check in went smoothly and the contact with Homerti before we came was great and helpful.

10/10 service from booking to checkout. We could not recommend Homerti enough, and we’re already planning a return trip!

We had an amazing stay at this fantastic property! It was absolutely perfect for our extended family, with plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The pool was a real highlight—great size, lovely and deep, and ideal for both relaxing and having fun. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great local bars and restaurants.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful home that truly helped make our holiday special. We would absolutely love to return!

All good, we had a good experience with our accomodation

The experience with the accommodation was very good. The host Manuel is very friendly and does everything to make you feel at home. The accommodation is good, clean and has all the amenities. It has a lovely garden with a swimming pool that we enjoyed until late in the evening. If we are in the area of ​​Chiclanes again, we will definitely consider staying there again.

But then I hope that Homerti has things in better order. I received a link from them with which ID details had to be scanned and uploaded. However, this link did not work. I tried this on various platforms but always with the same result. I corresponded extensively with Homerti about this, but they kept referring to the link or sent the same link again. I explained several times that it did not work, but Homerti kept insisting and even threatened that I could not check in if I did not provide the ID details. Please note that I had already paid, including the deposit, and the booking was non-refundable. Homerti offered email as an alternative, but that is not a secure means of communication to provide ID data. Homerti claimed that they had a secure email connection through encryption, but the headers of the email I received from them showed that this was not the case.
In the end, I encrypted the ID data myself and provided it with a password and sent the file to Homerti by email. I sent the password to Homerti via the Booking.com messaging service. Then I received another email with the broken link. Apparently nothing had been done with my encrypted file.
Only after three days of correspondence back and forth and complaining to Booking.com did I receive another link that did work, with which I could still upload the data.
All in all, an experience that cost me a lot of time and caused a lot of stress.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Our host , Pep, was exceptional—extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had, often replying within minutes. He also went above and beyond by providing helpful local recommendations and meeting us personally to assist with check-in, which made us feel very welcome. As we arrived quite late, we were especially grateful for the thoughtful snacks and drinks left for us - the cheese and wine were delicious!

The property itself is beautifully equipped and has everything you could need for a comfortable, luxury stay. The views are absolutely stunning - definitely one of the highlights - and the sunsets were magical.

It's worth noting that the property is a little tricky to access, with steep hills and narrow roads, so a small car is essential. That said, our host Pep gave us plenty of warning about this beforehand and met us to guide us to the property, which made the arrival process much smoother.

All in all, a wonderful stay and a truly special experience - thank you again to our fantastic host! You made our pre-wedding week so memorable.

The property was difficult to find with no house number on either the gate or house. We then could not get into the house as the booking.com pin number was different and we had not received the house manual. The first phone number went to answer phone, the second one they first told me to use booking.com live chat (which did not connect with the patchy 4g reception) and finally managed to email me the house manual. Despite us arriving exactly in the time window we notified them of and the very high price (£500 per night when adding on taxes) I would have expected a much better check in experience, even someone to meet us? Furthermore the house was surrounded by around 8-10 stray cats (presumably previous guests fed them?) which was quite off putting. Overall the house was nice, reasonably clean, enough hot water for 2 showers before needing to wait until the tank refilled, and had a very nice swimming pool, so we did enjoy our stay despite having to shoo away cats if we wanted to eat outside, and two of my children injuring themselves falling on the steep gravel road or over the side of the steps with no hand rail (mainly their fault for running around but the steep hill means this would certainly not be a stress-free house for those with toddlers/young kids). On the last day we could not find the green bin that the instructions said were at the road entrance so had to drive to town to empty the bins to avoid a further 90euro charge. This was a fairly nice house with an excellent pool but vastly over-priced in my opinion.

Everything was so fine! The communication was very professional and the owner Petro very very friendly and courteous. We stayed 1 week with 7 people and we enjoyed every minute. We loved the pool, the garden with the tasty fruit trees and the outdoor kitchen!! We will come back in the future!! Thank you so much for the service and everything!! <3

The house is charming, not modern, but comfortable and rural which I wanted, and I loved interacting with the emus and horses; there were also a few fresh oranges to be had from the trees in the garden. The owners did not speak English so there were some communication issues till their son came by - he was very friendly and obliging. It was a great location to explore some more of Mallorca on our bikes, but I wouldn't rent through Homerti or this property again due to the booking process, language barrier (owners spoke little English) and getting our deposit back. I've been coming to Mallorca for 20y and this is unfortunately the only time I have encountered these problems.

Specifically:
1. The process to rent through Homerti was way more wieldy than any other that I have done through other organisations like booking.com or Expedia. Instructions for payment online showed that I could pay some “now" and the balance 2 weeks later. I then received 3-4 emails over the next several days saying I had a pending payment - which I knew I had. After the 3rd email they wrote to say that I had to pay the balance within 24h as it was a “non-refundable” booking. If I had to pay the total to book, the system should not have instructed me to pay some now and the balance 2 weeks later.

2. The address of the rental house wasn’t given to me till very late in the process (48h prior to arrival) which meant leaving our logistics to the last minute (where to get groceries, informing those who needed to know where we were, and organising how to get our luggage there - we were arriving by bicycle).

3. The moment we arrived at Sa Vinyota we were asked to pay a 300 euro deposit which we had not been made aware of. If there is to be a deposit, let the client know up front, the amount and how it must be paid. Cash payments are not common these days and I would never have 300 euro cash on hand. As we were on bicycles and renting in the countryside it created a problem - firstly finding an ATM and secondly getting our deposit back. We didn't received the deposit back 3 weeks later - it was supposed to come by international bank transfer (so fees taken off by both banks meant we didn't get the full amount owing to us). It took MANY texts, and three attempts over 3 weeks before the owners filled out the Bank wire form correctly.

A stunning old traditional house and grounds. So many different rooms, kitchen very well equipped, lovely welcome pack of wine, olive oil, milk, fruit and snacks. Cleanliness exceptional. Had a couple of queries and our messages were answered within 10 minutes - this was late at night!
The grounds are out of this world, so many different places to sit. Lovely pond. Lots of wildlife - so peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk into the local town or 25 minute drive into Palma. The pool is very large and immaculately maintained.
Cannot fault this villa, would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay quiet and everything you need in the house

Amazing location. The process of finding and entering the place was straightforward. The apartment was nicely furnished and offered all amenities we were expecting. The smells took a bit of getting used to, but that comes with living right next to the sea.
