Very poor workmanship, very bad attitude, very rude.
Paul came to repair the wooden window frame which had rotted in one corner. He broke the glass unit in the window and blamed it on the nails holding it in. He did not apologise for breaking the window and said it would cost £100 to replace the glass. When he came back to replace the glass unit he chipped the window frame. When I pointed this out he blamed the grain of the wood. Nothing was his fault. He wanted me to apologise to him for pointing out that he had broken the glass and had chipped the window frame. When I refused he started to put everything away into his van saying that he would not carry on unless I apologised. His language was not pleasant. After five minutes in the van he came out and started working again. I guess he wanted the money more than an apology. When he finished he demanded paying in cash and would not leave. His language and attitude were terrible. His workmanship was terrible, his attitude was terrible. I would NEVER recommend him EVER.
