I have rented the apartment Sadaf 4 2101 in JBR through this company and we have paid approximately €5,500 for 28 days. Ever since we arrived there has been nothing but problems. Seriously the TV does not work the fridge does not work the dishwasher does not work the washing machine does not work the toilets are defective. The apartment is so dirty that even though 4 cleaning people came and cleaned it is still dirty. They also have so little respect for your privacy that they send their employee up to the apartment without you being informed about it. And when I ask why there have been people in the apartment without my knowledge or consent they are so rude to lie and say that we have agreed it face to face since they cannot show it in writing. Stay away from this lousy company they do not answer the phone or email

The worst homes rental company in dubai. We stayed in the apartment for 2 months from 15 May to 15 July and on 14th Jun at midnight the oven exploded with no one around. It was a life threatening situation as it could have hurt anyone who was in kitchen at that time. On check out when we asked for refund of security deposit , the management said that we need to pay to replace the oven. As per them if we are staying in the apartment then whatever issue happens including geyser burst or roof falling then the tenant has to pay for all damages. It was an absolutely ridiculous discussion and the management simply told us to go and complain to DTCM in order to get our security deposit. I have never come across such rude and unreasonable staff. Never take any apartment from this rental company. The managers in the office didn't allow me to speak to the owner ro even put my point across. The worst homes rental company in dubai.
