My questions received a prompt reply, but I was unable to apply the price quoted to the sample I ordered. And I did not receive tracking information or an ETA for my order.

I would not order from them again. I ordered a sample and it is beautiful. So I ordered the backsplash. Not the same at all. The steel pieces are dull and scratched. I am not happy. I will send back and get a refund. I don't know why people have to scam others. Why we can't be honest

Processing and delivery taking too long. Ordered and processed on 3/08/26, completed on 3/09/26, then nothing. No tracking, no communication. I am canceling the order. No longer needed due to the slow service.

I made 3 different orders . One to Amazon and 2 through the PayPal . Amazon order came on time and perfect. The
Other 2 orders directly to the company I have not received any kind of communication at all reccept they received the payment and was processed . When will be send ? Can someone send an updated or contact me ?

I never received my purchase. After 6 days and trying to email you I never got a reply,. I contacted Paypal to open a claim. You then messaged me saying I would get a refund in 2 days. After 5 days Paypal messaged me saying you are only wanting to give me a partial credit. I have refused the partial credit and wanting a full refund.

I placed order November 6, and have not received a shipping notice yet.

I ordered a sample on 6/23 and got a notice that my order was complete. I went to check the status of my order and could not find anything. I followed up by email on 6/27 asking if there was a way to track my order. They replied that my order should ship the following week. Today is 7/3. Still no word on shipping. I asked them to cancel my order. I chose another product and vendor.

Product is beautiful and arrived quickly. Company was easy to work with and order online. Will definitely utilize in the future for distinctive tiles.

This is the second review sent to me and I still have not received my order. I have not received a shipping notification or a tracking number to date.

Did not respond in a timely manner

At first I was very skeptical with the way the tile took payment, for just a sample. With no tracking number or anything I wasn’t sure if I’d receive my order but 10 days later it showed. After reading the reviews I liked the sample and ordered a couple boxes, again didn’t like the credit card acceptance method. Before I knew it 3 days later I received my tile. Very happy with service ( minus the no email of tracking) and would definitely order from them again.

I don't recommend purchasing from them because they forgot to send my item together I had to contact them multiple times to get it corrected!

Tiles are beautiful and perfect! Customer service was helpful when I did not receive a tracking number. Product was shipped and arrived in 1 week. Very excited for my project!
