3 orders, 1 non delivery, one damaged delivery and 1 never sent! Awful!

I've ordered several times from here using both their ebay store & their site, my first item was damaged so sent photos & they sent replacements...though i did have to chase them up. The second item never showed up so i had to chase them. The third item which i used their store rather than ebay took a week to process & then was refunded as the owner claimed the stock was damaged. Really really inconsistent.
