I bought the G20 Pro and was very happy…

I bought the G20 Pro and was very happy with the product. I think it's great value too. After 7 months it developed a fault. I contacted Honiture and they were very quick to respond and death with the problem quickly. After sending a video of the fault they arranged for a new one to be sent out and it was received a few days later. The customer service was excellent and I am very happy to have the robot vacuum doing a great job in my house again.

Honiture S12, Crap Battery.

Bought a Honiture S12, at first battery life was good now I have charge the battery 3 times to vacuum my 3 bed semi house. I could get a spare battery, cost £46, but why should I have to endure more expense. So so vacuum with a very poor battery, don't buy one.

I’m really happy with the heat and everything is getting sorted out. I’m glad thank you very much for your help and he was quite good very good and happy with the parts missing than three. The long part the filter missing everything sounds good.

Excellent service when buying a X7…

Excellent service when buying a X7 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner which was matched by the excellent performance and pick up ability of the cleaner. When we accidentally damaged the Dust Cup we received first class after sales service with an offer to replace the Dust Cup. We would recommend the X7 Cleaner and Honiture to everyone.

Useful and well worth buying.

Bought an x7 vaccum and it has excellent suction and I am very pleased to be able to take the machine apart to clean every part and keep well maintained certainly would recommend over other brands.also very light to use.

Waste of money - Buy a Dyson or Shark.

Purchased new version in July and totally useless by end of August. Runs for 3-5 secs on very low power then stops with an E1 error. Googling confirms E1 means the main unit is faulty. Used a maximum of 4 times where our Dyson has been used over 400 times with a new battery and filter replacement still works very close to a new one.

Wow a response: Honiture please explain why my and others negative customer reviews based on zero customer service and quality of goods are all removed from customer reviews upon your website?

Tried it right after receiving it. Setup was easy, and the noise level is acceptable-not too loud. Cleaning performance is great with strong suction. The machine is lightweight and easy to handle with one hand. Very satisifed.

A complete WASTE OF MONEY

The honiture cordless vacuum cleaner cost us £179 - a complete WASTE OF MONEY.
It just doesn’t clean properly. And it’s heavy and hard to take apart. And when you switch it off it deposits a layer of grit which you have to sweep up.
This is a USELESS product. Don’t buy it, not if you want a vacuum cleaner that works.

Awful product

Awful product . Purchased a cordless hoover under a year ago, suction is very poor and hardly picks up anything. Now one of the wheels is broken.
Contacted customer service via their website but just getting automated messages. No tel no to call them 😡
I would not recommend this product or company.

No customer service

The robot vacuum lasted just under the 1 year warrantee and now no longer works. There is no phone number to contact the company and the 2 different emails I’ve tried have not had a response. Do not buy from this company

NO Customer Sevice

We purchased our V8 Pro in December 2024. By July it was not working. Despite MANY communications to 4 different Honiture email addresses and social platforms they never responded. They’ve left me stuck. There is NO customer service nor standing behind their still warrantied product.

Stick vacuum power head stopped working…

Stick vacuum power head stopped working after 1 yr.
Contacted company to order new one. Was told delay in getting. I then canceled order. They would not accept a cancel and eventually sent me a new head.upon receiving,I contacted them to return for refund.
Customer service is non existent. They stalled until 30 day period expired then advised they would not accept a return.
Beware—worse customer service I have ever seen.

Honiture G20 Pro Robot hoover

Honiture G20 Pro Robot hoover. Ordered 3 new parts (July 2025) one year after purchasing the hoover (July 2024). 2 of the parts arrived August 2025. Now in October 2025 and despite being promised the part would be sent in August, the final part I have yet to receive. Despite 5 chasing emails, a request for a response and either a refund or the part I have heard nothing back. No phone number to contact them. I am out of pocket, and to top it off the hoover has stopped working after 14 months. Shocking company, products and service. Avoid at all costs.
