I waited almost two months for my order and when it finally arrived 1 of the 2 items are missing . Brutal!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
I ordered several items for gifts. I received one of the items before Christmas. When I contacted them about the other items they kept saying they were in transit. I repeatedly asked for a refund, it appears that they mailed the other items on Dec. 24. I am still in dispute with them and have yet to receive my other items. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Has anyone succeeded in getting their money back from PayPal?

I ordered a piece of garbage, poor quality sweatshirt made of mostly polyester. It had the most thick, ugly decal on it that was permanently wrinkled and I wanted to send it back to them for a refund. They then asked me for pictures. No other reputable site asks for pictures, they just accept the product back with no questions asked. Some of them even provide return postage.

I provided them with pictures which showed the wrinkles and they cut off all contact. If you buy from this site you are a sucker like me.

* Product took over (3) weeks to arrive.

* Sizing states "true fit". I ordered an XL, expecting the "comfy" look their images portrayed. I received my item, NO SIZE/TAG, the "sweatshirt" is tight, not what I was expecting.

Quality is terrible, again the images on the website portray a thick, snuggle worthy hoodie, however the product received is VERY THIN (like a baseball tee) and is merely a screenprint, not the stitched look their images portray.

* Price point - based on their pricing I expected a WAY BETTER quality product. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Do NOT ORDER! No customer service! No christmas present received! SCAM!!!!!!!!

It turns out hoodiesnova ended up a real company and delivered my goods. While it was 2 months to get the product I am satisfied. The sizing was bang on and true to the photos.

First time ordered ! I ordered the cutest Halloween shirt from here. I waited a week and a half and never received an update so I contacted them thru email and I received a very prompt response. They are a legitimate business and the shirt I received was beautiful. I will be ordering from them more. I’m always cautious when ordering for the first time but my worries were smashed when they emailed me back and I received my order in adequate time!! Plus the price was amazing!

I thought this was another scam clothing site from China, but boy was i wrong!! OBSESSED with legit everything i got. You’d be letting yourself down if you didn’t order from here

It’s a scam ordered a month and a half ago for something that says 7-10 business days. No product, no responses and a 10% claim of a refund. A joke I had to get my bank involved. I feel so taken advantage of, nvr again shame on Facebook for associating with companies that don’t check out

I ordered over 5 weeks ago, one item is a Halloween hoodie and now it will not be here until after Halloween. Absolutely Ridiculous! I have been corresponding with someone via email but they are useless. Their fix to this is to cancel my order and refund my money. Perfect! But I want what I ordered, so I will be emailing them every hour on the hour today until it gets expedited. I love how they can take your money as soon as you order but cannot deliver on what you are promised. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered 6 things. Only got 3 with absolutely no explanation about the stuff I didn't get until I contacted them. One of the shirts that I did get was WAY too small on me. I asked for an exchange and they said that they don't do that. They also said that I could not return the item because it was overseas. I have been back and forth emailing them for over 2 weeks and they just keep repeating themselves over and over. The last email said they would give me 40% off if I want to buy the shirt again in a bigger size. Just looked at their website, the shirt apparently doesn't even exist anymore. Worst experience ever!

Ordered 8/25 received 2 of 5 items 10/8. 1 of those items was wrong. Extremely poor quality and it doesn’t seem I can Return items even if they are wrong. Poor customer service. Do not order. Absolute waste of money and a headache.

I had ordered 3 sweatshirts and a necklace from this company. It took over a month for my order to arrive. The material is nothing like in the pictures. Everything is very stiff and almost like halloween costume material. Very cheap. The necklace came all tangled up. My sister also ordered from this company and had the same complaints as me. She as well said she would never order from them again. The only positive thing I can say is when I emailed them about the shipping time they got back to me quickly. Other than that thumbs down. It's a shame because their clothes look very cute but very deceiving. Also order about 2 sizes bigger than you would wear if you dare to order from this company.

I ordered from them on September 14 and they emailed saying my order will be 3-7 days delayed. It's now Oct 3 and I have yet to receive notice when they will ship it. They took my money right out of my account. I keep asking since there are delayed will they expedite my shipping. They did respond with a no. Lol. Do not order there holiday theme prints. You won't get it in time. I'm very disappointed. I never order from places like this and now I know why.

I ordered my first order from hoodiesnova 3 days ago and paid for a faster shipping to UK because I need my new jeans for a 29th of September as it’s my first day in work after months of lockdown.
I can’t believe I got then today, they arrived 2 days earlier and they all fit perfect and I am glad I bought them.i had a good experience and will definitely buy again.thank you

ordered more than 100 usd in clotihing. no word from them. no response to inquiries. for the moment, assuming the money is lost...I would say this is a worrisome company. so far, not recommendable, not even 1 star...
