Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Hoodneck Inc., and the tracking showed it as delivered, but I never received the package. I reached out to the company multiple times through their available contact methods, but they have not responded at all.

There is no customer service phone number, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I have paid for an item I did not receive and have no resolution.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their customer service and responsiveness
