Very Nasty and Zero Customer Service

Very nasty UK office. Zero customer service. Tried to cancel my subscription but they just auto renewed later the same day. Particular bad service from Emmy who refused to pass on a message to my ‘account manager’ Jenny to call her customer back, insisting that I the customer need to send an email for a call back from Jenny. Disgraceful and dishonest organisation.

In the demo it sounded very promising.

In the demo it sounded very promising.

I was actually really excited about it. Then the day came when I was going to knock crap out of the park. I was going to use the great easy tool to get some outstanding leads and use the bombaro (however it's called) to actually find businesses who have been known to be searching key business terms. This was sure to have a higher success rate doing calls....

Well after spending hours and hours and hours and hours, hell the whole first day was spent doing searches to get a descent size lead pool. I was hoping to get about 500 and throw into my auto dialer.

I was getting crappy non-relevant stuff, and not very much if doing things very specific. In the demo it looked like I was going to have tons and then said, well now just narrow things down, here check this out and that out....

I got on with a help person who had difficulty helping me make a list and ended up leaving the conversation with, ok well now you see how it works, you'll just need to spend some time refining to get the results you want....

What I want is a refund after spending another day not getting much more. I do better just google searching an area and then scrubbing it for DND. Half the time on D&B the contacts were not the right contacts/dept, etc or a business that was no longer active, ok the llc is active, but nothing going on...

I used like 5 of my 5,000 credits asked if I could just call $625 as a trial, oh hell no, we're going to be sending you to collections and whatever else.

You know, if I treated those who I give services to like D&B does, I'd have no business left due to bad reviews... oh a review, yes I should be doing that and here I am. I was already struggling in my business and now I'm closer to bankruptcy than ever with a little help from D&B.

Do not use under any circumstances

Do not use under any circumstances. There are so many better and cheaper options. Once they have you locked in there is no way to cancel. Everything has to go back through your account manager, who is getting paid commission on your account. Everyone else at Hoovers that you may contact will send you back to the acccount manager, who will then ignore your requst.
