Lost 160$ by booking Hop on Hop off for LA.
The Company seems to be a scam and when you contact support you are just getting refused and they refer to none existing terms and conditions.
They even use pictures on the booking page to other companies where they have no agreement to accommodate clients.
Shame on them!

I can not believe this company is allowed to operate in UK. I have been escalating about my complaint for more than a month but it's been of no use. I tried buying tickets for Bath City Tour using their website and after taking my credit card details, the website confirmed that the transaction did not go through. "Please try again later" in red text, it said. So I bought the tickets from local operator by walking to Bath station. I had to walk 15 min but I used the same credit card and bought the same number of tickets.
I later came to know that my credit was actually charged with deemed amount although I never clicked on their link or printed their tickets. These guys have been fooling me around for more than a month now despite me providing all the copies of tickets and credit card receipt etc.
Cowboy company, no professional ethics, third class telephone support, totally untrustworthy and ideally should be shut down immediately.
If they don't resolve my complaint soon, I will write to media, MPs and explore every possible avenue to stop them from defrauding innocent people.
PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST!!!

Fraudulent company, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I got money taken out of my account from this company without my consent. I have tried to call and enquire. To no surprise the number is disengaged.

I booked a hop on hop off tour with isango on the 2nd of August. When I got there i was informed all bus tour had been cancelled days ago because of a cycling event. I emailed them the same day and on the 6th of August they stated I would receive a refund within 4-5 working days. It is now the 19th of August and every time I ask them where my refund is they say it has been sent however when I contact my bank they say they have not received any refunds on their part. Shame on isango for lying to customers and taking bookings even when they know the tour is cancelled. Hopefully I will receive my refund soon but who knows how long it will take!

Very bad and very rude customer service. Unknowledgeable customer service. They don't know about their own products. Also they are unable to understand basic English.

Bought a tour for hop on hop off bus in Madrid through this agency and regretted straight after.
I was buying the tour for my sister and just before the trip she was not able to make it due to some health problems.
when i was buying the tickets to this bus, I have clearly seen that you can return the ticket if you won't be able to use it and you can get a refund.
So when I have tried to do a refund, they have taken time to reply and then, after wards when they date of the ticket passed, they said that they won't be able to refund it cause its past date already.
When I have stated the fact that I have made a claim before the ticket day they said sorry we can't do anything about it.
This is an absolute lie about their refund policy!
in the times we live now, such companies should not exist with their poorest level of customer support and fake refund policies.!

Hey this company is not even worth 1 star only two ppl work here bhumika and inder the manager!! Guys pls don't get fooled by this company as they cannot confirm your booking at all and like i said when u call them to confirm on ur last day a guy name mr INDER the wanna be manager will assist ur call btw he doesn't know anything and will disconnect ur call in the end with the same old trick " hello I can't here u" don't wrry guys not making this up I've tried to speak to them twice so in short never go with this company its fake also the reviews they have its all fake and i am sure mr inder wrote them!! Don't believe me call them when u have a problem and these two will answer. FYI i booked tickets for the eiffel tower second floor but thanx to them n coz i trusted them never got to see it so good luck guys and plsssss never book from them!!!
